The Social Network Analysis On The Post Crime Of Enterprise Management: The Influence Of "Circle"

The paper reveals the phenomena about"circle",explores and researches the constituent elements of the circle and the root of enterprise management post crime network with interest orientation properties in the relational structure of our country enterprise groups in the current years through analysing the two typical collective corruptions Company A and Company B,which is based on the Social Network Analysis Theory, making the enterprise managers realize that the "circle" has serious harm to themselves,the enterprises and the society. On the basis of analyzing the types and characteristics of the duty crime network, the existing form and operation mechanism of "circle"in enterprises and the function mechanism of the post crime of enterprise management is studied., which is in order to find out that the system and cultural defects exist in the management of the enterprise, to avoid the formation of the "circle", and to establish the prevention and control mode of enterprise management,the existing form and operation mechanism of "circle".Above the result of researches, this paper puts forward the countermeasure and the suggestions of managers to prevent position crime.
