University Science Park had a high-tech enterprise incubator, nurturing talent, accelerating innovation system operating efficiency and other advantages.For national and local economic development had a role in promoting.Studies on evaluation index system of University Science Park had evaluation and impact factors. Not only provided valuable reference for the science and technology park managers, but also for the newly established Science Park provided a direction of development.The purpose of this study was constructed by previous studies scholars on Evaluation Index System of University Science Park and adapt to a new Science and Technology Park of the main body of the index system; Secondly, in each of the index system of determining the weights used in the process hierarchy-entropy method Weights. This method combined AHP and entropy method that overcomes the shortcoming that AHP given too subjectively right, but also solved the entropy legal right to absolutely objectivity; Finally, using TOPSIS evaluation index system had been given the right combination of data of University Science Park of analysis and evaluation, and conclusion.Based on Hierarchy-entropy method and TOPSIS evaluation Model there were three aspects for University Science Park:First of all was to ensure right set of evaluation index system of science and technology parks.In the process of determining the index system were considering the systematic, completeness,qualitative and quantitative principles to construct the index system included three-level indicators(Incubation capacity, infrastructure and construction of achievements) and 15 secondary indicators(Number of incubated enterprises, number of employees and number of enterprises Graduation). In the index weight determined process, the AHP for Index System of scoring subjective obtained subjective weights; And then objectively calculation using entropy method to obtain objective weight, the weight of the combination of objective and subjective; Finally arrived at a final weight of each index value. Depending on the size of the index weight of index weight imaging technology park development sort, sort results obtained for the incubated enterprises net profit in the number of business practitioners hatch, hatched in total income, corporate income graduation, ect.Secondly, it was drawn 50 university science parks for comprehensive evaluation. Using had been achieved evaluation index system weight, fund the degree of advantages and disadvantagesof each sample Science Park by TOPSIS evaluation methods to determine the extent of the optimal solution, while it was close to the worst degree programs away, to find the optimal solution,namely the development of the best Science and Technology Park. Results calculated by the best development Technology Park is the Renmin University of China Science and Technology Park. It was corresponding analysis to evaluate the Science and Technology Park, fund out possible problems in development of University Science Park, proposals for the rationalization of the problems. Evaluation of the results of the analysis applied to the development of Science and Technology Park in our school, targeted proposed possible solutions in our School University Science Park.The third was to explore the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation method based on TOPSIS for College Science Park analysis.By evaluation index system of University Science Park, studies and comprehensive evaluation of factors, and can provide some reference for the evaluation of the Science and Technology Park.
