Post-evaluation Research On The Construction Project Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship Park Of Xiamen University Of Technology

At a certain stage of China's economic development,new engines are needed to promote the continuous development of the economy.The driving force of innovation and entrepreneurship fundamentally depends on talents.As a national talent cultivation and gathering place of scientific and technological forces,colleges and universities should play a key role in this wave of innovation and entrepreneurship.Therefore,many colleges and universities rely on the original scientific research resources and college students groups to build an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park.The goal of the innovation and entrepreneurship Park for college students is to integrate the resources of colleges and universities,transform the traditional individual combat mode of students into the group combat mode,so as to reduce the cost of innovation and entrepreneurship,improve the incubation rate of college students and the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements of Colleges and universities,so as to drive local innovation and entrepreneurship,and promote economic development.At present,the incubation rate of entrepreneurship and the transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements in Colleges and universities across the country are relatively low.Therefore,it is of great significance to study and analyze the project post evaluation of the construction of university students' innovation and entrepreneurship Park,which can provide a more reliable theoretical basis for the construction of Innovation Enterprise Park for college studentsThe contents,methods and conclusions of this study are as follows:Firstly,it introduces the background of the research,summarizes the research and results of the project post evaluation in various countries,makes full on-the-spot investigation by referring to the relevant theories of the project post evaluation of the construction of the college students' entrepreneurship Park at home and abroad,and investigates the construction and subsequent evaluation of the College students' innovation and entrepreneurship Park in 15 provinces and cities.On this basis,itfurther expounds the college students' innovation and entrepreneurship Park The functional definition of New Venture Park and its post project evaluation theory.Secondly,after analysis,design the research analysis table,from the five aspects of post project evaluation,such as goal,management,benefit,influence and sustainable development,determine and select eight key factors that affect the construction of College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship Park as the first level evaluation indicators,the final establishment of 29 factors as a second-level evaluation indicators.Using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate the weight of indicators,to establish an evaluation mechanism,and using this set of evaluation system,,with the help of TOPSIS algorithm to process the data,and finally come to the conclusion that the overall construction of Xiamen University of Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park project is in good condition.Thirdly,it summarizes some suggestions related to the innovation and entrepreneurship construction of college students and their post evaluation.The key to the post project evaluation of the construction of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park for college students is to establish a sound evaluation system and evaluation institutions,and the construction of the park should focus on the capital situation,teachers,infrastructure and incubation capacity.
