The age of 13 or 14,it is just entering adolescence,from primary school to junior middle school,this is a critical period.Students in this critical period,they need to face a new environment,different learning content,unfamiliar teachers,students and so on,but also need to face the trouble of adolescence. While still in junior middle school is part of compulsory education,but the junior middle school learning need to face the test of pressure,many students in such a critical period,different degrees of the problems in learning,life and interpersonal interaction.The traditional education has no special work method to this problem.Timely find the problems of students the transition period to adapt to changes and the entrance to help freshmen to complete identity in a short period of time,is currently an urgent need to solve the school education problems.School freshmen adaptation is a student common adaptation,school adaptation occurs primarily in the individual into the elementary school,junior middle school,high school,university or later.Individuals adapt to school life,its main purpose is to complete their studies successfully,in order to get a better development.Many domestic experts and scholars in the study of the school to adapt to the time,have not clearly defined.Most scholars agree that the school adaptation is a broad concept,the main content of learning adaptation,school environment adaptation,emotional adaptation,interpersonal adaptation and so on.In order to better solve the new school adaptation,schools and teachers should understand the school social work knowledge,using the method of social work professional,combined with psychology,sociology and pedagogyjunior middle school students to help effectively solve the adaptability junior middle school problems,enable it to obtain a better development.Social casework,group social work,social work is the school social work most commonly used to working methods.This article mainly from the junior middle school to adapt to the current situation,combined with the author’s internship experience in X junior middle school.Taking the school as the background,taking the junior middle school students as the main research object,taking the adaptability problem as the research content,take the Huangshan City X junior middle school as the breakthrough point.First of all,the background,significance,research ideas,research methods and so on. Secondly,in the literature review,this paper describes the concept of the topic,the research needs of the theory and the status quo of domestic and foreign research.Then according to the Huangshan City X junior middle school questionnaire and interview survey,the junior middle school students to adapt to the situation.According to the status quo of Huangshan City X junior middle school students to adapt to the status quo,analysis of the reasons for the poor adaptation of junior middle school students.On the basis of the analysis of the current situation and reason,the concept of the school social work is introduced to solve the problem of the adaptation of junior middle school students by the way of case social work,group social work and community social work. At last,this paper summarizes the research of this topic,finds out the deficiency of the study,and makes up for it in the practice.After investigation and analysis,the junior middle school students to adapt to the problem is mainly related to learning,emotional,interpersonal aspects,and school environment.Junior middle school students to adapt to the problem of both the impact of the factors of junior middle school students,but also schools,teachers,parents and other factors.In view of learning adaptation,emotional adaptation,interpersonal adaptation,school environment adaptation of these four aspects of the problem,from the case of social work,social work,community social work to find a solution.The author in Huangshan City X junior middle school during the internship,for school adaptation problem existed in Huangshan City X junior middle school students,to combine theory and practice,to assist in Huangshan City X junior middle school Teachers of Freshmen’s adaptability problems to solve.Practice has proved that the solution of the adaptability of junior middle school students need to be introduced into the school social work method.
