With the development of economy and society, health system reform keep deepening, dramatic changes occurred in our country in the doctor-patient relationship, contradictions and conflicts between doctors and patients began to highlight. Practice shows at home and abroad, carry out medical social work, can alleviate the patient disputes to some extent, relieve pressure on health care, promote the patients’ rehabilitation and growth of families. At present, in the government’s strong advocacy and policy support, hospitals in some areas have begun to try to establish the department of Social work. After years of effort, medical social work practice has made some achievements, but, there are still many problems, for example the government of inadequate investment in medical social work, lacking of attention to it; Medical social work degree of specialization is not high; Social support system is not strong enough; Lack of social awareness of medical social work, etc. To solve these problems, not only need to improve the legal and macro-level policy, also need to improve the social workers’micro-level expertise, improve service levels in specific areas of special populations, demonstrate social work values and competencies in practice, improve the whole society’s awareness of medical social work.In this paper, Guangdong Province, Shenzhen People’s Hospital, the intervention model for social work leading hemiplegic rehabilitation is under study. Through case studies, exploratory proposed rehabilitation hemiplegic patients under institutional called "Four social interaction" mode. "Four social interaction" is based on hemiplegic patients’needs, led to medical social workers, the integration of family members of patients, hospitals, and other community forces quartet, for needy clients to provide comprehensive and professional services.This article is divided into the following sections:the first part is the introduction, first, this paper describes the background, significance, secondly, a review of relevant literature classification, finally, the research methods and concepts to define; The second part is the case presentation and intervention strategies analysis; The third part is study found; The fourth part introduces the related content of "four social interaction" mode of operation, Including the "four social interaction" theoretical basis, operational mechanism; The fifth part is about the summary and reflection of "four social interaction" mode of operation.
