| Modern medical model has changed from the traditional biological treatment model to the physiological-psychological-social medical model,paying more attention to the treatment and rehabilitation of patients at the psychological and social levels.Medical social work is an important service field of social work.It is based on the treatment and rehabilitation process of diseases,centering on patients' demands,using professional theories and methods of social work to assist patients and their families in solving psychological,social and family problems related to diseases,and assisting medical personnel in carrying out professional services in disease prevention,treatment and rehabilitation.Under the guidance of current medical model,medical social work is particularly important.Among many cancer patients in our country,pain is the most troublesome problem.Continuous severe pain has seriously affected the quality of life of patients.They not only have physical pain,but also have psychological and social pressure.They urgently need comprehensive treatment and care from medical teams including doctors,nurses,social workers and so on.Based on the author's one-year professional practice experience in Pain Therapy Department of Tianjin Z Hospital,this study selected some patients with cancer pain as the research targets.Through semi-structured interviews and participatory observation,the health status of cancer pain patients and their families were investigated.It was found that cancer pain patients had different degrees of problems in physiological,psychological,social and spiritual aspects.Aiming at the problems of cancer pain patients,guided by physiological-psychological-social medical model and humanism theory,the author uses professional methods and skills of social work to assist medical workers in exploring multi-disciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment,and to provide professional services in four aspects of body,mind,spirit and Society for cancer pain patients.At the physiological level,social workers help medical staff to do well in patient pain management and health intervention,so that patients can better cooperate with medical staff for treatment and rehabilitation;psychologically,through group activities to alleviate cancer pain patients' anxiety,depression and other adverse emotions,reduce psychological pressure;On the spiritual level,help patients review their life course,make them feel the value of their own life,and give patients companionship and support,so that they can get spiritual care.At the social level,social workers solve the practical difficulties encountered during the treatment of patients by integrating social resources,set up social volunteer service teams,and consummate the social support network of patients.The physical and mental health of family members of cancer patients is also the focus of social workers.Social workers help family members relieve physical and mental pressure,solve practical difficulties,and promote emotional communication between patients and family members through group activities.From the results of social work intervention service evaluation,under the intervention of social work,the physiological,psychological,spiritual and social levels of cancer patients have been improved to a certain extent,and the psychological pressure of family members has also been alleviated.At the same time,medical social work service has also made some contributions to optimize the medical environment,promote doctor-patient communication and improve patient satisfaction.At present,there are difficulties in the service of social work intervention in rehabilitation treatment of cancer pain patients.The author uses the AGIL framework of structural functionalism to analyze the causes of these difficulties from four aspects: rules and regulations in the field of medical social work,resource acquisition,platform construction and professional service capacity,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the society.It will work to intervene in the service content of rehabilitation treatment for cancer pain patients,and promote the professional and professional development of medical social work. |
