Study On The Intervention Of Medical Social Work On The Anxiety Of Rural Gynecological Patients

In recent years,women in rural areas have become increasingly more prevalent and tend to be younger,which is a great challenge for both rural women and hospitals,which need to be brought to the attention of all sides,and put forward new requirements for medical social workers.Studies have pointed out that the incidence of department of gynaecology of women's group also shows a tendency of higher,more younger ages,the type of disease of department of gynaecology is also more complex diversity.There is a very important relationship between the main causes of the high incidence of gynecological disease in rural women and the cultural level,the mental state,the consciousness of the mind,the behavior of everyday life and the medical conditions of the medical condition.In the case of the continuous reform of modern medical system and the increasing diversity of patients' needs,the group of rural patients with gynecological diseases should not only suffer from the pain caused by physical diseases,but also suffer from social psychological problems,and the anxiety in this area gradually aroused the high attention of medical,psychological and social circles.In terms of the psychological problems of the patient and the emotional problems of the family,the medical social workers serve the patient through very specialized intervention techniques and ideas of value,which is exactly the kind of thing that fills the gap in medicine,which is very important to the patient's physiological,psychological,social,and the other comprehensive services,which is very good for the patient to be able to improve the physical and psychological,and the humane environmental system of the hospital.In this paper,through the analysis of the cases of anxiety in rural women patients with gynecology,How to use rational emotive therapy as the main task,to excavate the social support network to intervene,to resolve the anxiety of the case,and then to evaluate the process and results of the intervention.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of anxiety in rural gynecology patients,this paper concludes that the anxiety is the main psychological problem in the rural women's disease group,which brings about different degrees of negative influence on the treatment and rehabilitation of the rural gynecological diseases group,and discusses the possibility and effectiveness of medical social workers in alleviating the anxiety of patients by providing professional services.The author's opinion is that the medical social work has a very significant effect on improving the anxiety and improving the therapeutic effect of rural gynecological patients.With the goal of helping self-help,medical social workers have integrated knowledge in medicine,psychology,sociology and other disciplines,emphasizing all kinds of social and psychological factors that cause anxiety,and developing individualized intervention programs according to the situation of the case.Guided by rational emotional treatment of physical diseases,the author explores social support network,helps the case master to learn and master the ability of self-emotion management,effectively alleviates the anxiety and emotional problems,and helps the author to achieve the goal of disease treatment and psychological rehabilitation.In view of the interventional strategy,the author concluded that the medical social workers were mainly involved in the intervention of anxiety,such as checking the room,implementing intervention,evaluating the intervention process and results,and confirming the method can effectively alleviate and cure the anxiety of patients.Finally,based on the observation and experience of the internship,the author puts forward some Suggestions for the improvement of medical social work in Z hospital.
