Research On The Expansion Of The Service Object In The Professional Development Of Social Work

Since the Sixth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth proposed to establish a great social work team, social work develops rapidly,the major colleges and universities continue to add social work, training social workers. By means of state support for social services, community and other areas of service personnel have also transition into the social work service agency. In addition to the cultivation of talent, Shanghai, Shenzhen and other developed areas also explore their own paths. The spring of social workers in everyone’s hope seems to be getting closer. However, the spring does not seem to be coming. We have to face the problems that arise with the development of social work and the major achievements. Social identity is low, service is not professional,brain drain is serious,level of professionalism is lowand other issues. All the problems seriously restricted the further development of social worker. These problems, of course, there are many reasons, such as lack of publicity and policy support, school education divorced from practice, professional development of social workers is uncertain. On these aspects, there are scholars from a point of view or from multiple angles who have discussed and proposed countermeasures.On the basis of previous studies,this paper adopts literature research and case analysis method for data collection,then analyze the problems encountered in the professionalization of social work from the angle of society of social work service object narrow understanding. Through"white collar Yi Jia" case study in Shanghai Jing’an District, analysis the feasibility of expanding the social work service object from four angles of the background of the times, enterprises, social organizations and individuals. Expanding the server object to solve the problems of the current social resources organizational development which is the most prominent funds have a very important role.In addition, Expanding the server object can improve the social recognition of social work and promote social work to be more professional. Investigating this point of social work is in full compliance with the pursuit of social justice and improve human well-being of mission requirements.So,it is possible to promote the social work professional development healthy.It deserves our attention.
