The Research To The Influential Factors Of Students’ Entrepreneurial Achievement

The research on College Students’entrepreneurship has been concerned by people in recent years. In the field of undergraduate entrepreneurship research, the current majority of scholars focus on entrepreneurship environment, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial willingness, as well as the relevant aspects of the impact of these three. There are few people in our country who have done the research on the effectiveness of entrepreneurship, and the academic work of the empirical study is even less. This paper is about the empirical and qualitative analysis of entrepreneurship, and makes a detailed analysis of the four typical dimensions of entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial environment, personal background, personality traits, and constructs a theoretical framework. And on the issue of the questionnaire, the students have been put into an interview to explore the entrepreneurial process of the various factors on the impact of College Students’entrepreneurship. Finally, the above four dimensions for entrepreneurial success factors were analyzed and summarized in this paper, draw the following conclusion, personality traits of college students with entrepreneurial spirit of some traits and entrepreneurial success positive correlation; college students personal background is more generous, entrepreneurial performance is often better; college students entrepreneurial ideas, entrepreneurship to the firm, entrepreneurial success are often larger; the entrepreneurial environment of college students more conducive to entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial results better. On this conclusion, the paper puts forward the feasibility of how to improve college students’ entrepreneurial performance, from the aspects of policy, environment, education and so on, and puts forward suggestions for improvement.
