Study On The Influencing Factors Of College Students’ Agricultural Entrepreneurship Based On Sahlman Model

Content:On the 4th session of the 12 th National People’s represent Congress,Li Keqiang,premier of the State Council of People’s Republic of China,retrospectively reviewed last year’s governmental work in his government work report(2016),which witnessed a flourishing development in the national pioneering enterprise.It is reported that the annual initial companies dramatically increased 21.6%,specifically added 12,000 every day.As the second biggest global economic community,China has been showing his powerful vitality and energy in the development of innovation and pioneering.According to the State Statistics Bureau,the graduates have grown up to 65,993,671 while the post graduates were 535,863 in 2014.Although a large number of high quality graduates from the school into the community each year,not all of them can find their own positions in the existing enterprises and institutions.To promote the employment development,the best way is to encourage them to start their own business.During the 12 th Five-Year Plan,Chinese agricultural industrial has achieved positive results.The year 2016 is the start of the 13 th Five-Year Plan.Also,The 13 th Five-Year Plan of National Economy and Social Development(Draft)highlights that much attention should be paid to applying the water conservancy,farm machinery,modernized planting and alternative facilities into the development of modern agricultural industrial,Which consequently adjusts agricultural industrial developed with large scale management,regional layout,standardization production and social services.Modern agriculture always comes along with people who are well-educated and capable of professional skills and management.The effective way for college graduate is to join the agricultural entrepreneurship and the development of rural construction,which also help ease the talent shortage problem in agricultural industrial.Moreover,college graduate is forecast to 7,650,000,for this reason,premier Li Keqiang emphasized that both promoting employment plan and entrepreneurs guidance plan should be implemented carefully through multi-channel such as building a crowd-created,crowd-sourced,crowd-founded and crowd-supported platform and constructing a pioneering and innovation synergy mechanism for large and medium sized enterprises,high colleges,research institutions and Makers.The writer raised this issue based on the current status of the high employment pressure of college graduates as well as the developmental needs in Chinese agricultural industrial.The general orientation is to encourage the Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation in the process of modern agriculture.Studies on how to find a practical and effective focal point,how to stimulate college students’ entrepreneurial enthusiasm,how to promote the success of agricultural pioneering work are ways to achieve goals.This thesis is constructed by applying Sahlman Entrepreneurial Model and Motivation Theory,taking influencing factors of college students’ agricultural pioneering work as a breakthrough point.Positive information was collected by questionnaire survey and case interview.According to the data analysis,six principal factors were selected as follow: Prospects and supports,Skills,Competitors,Professional Knowledge and Development degree,Incentive Distribution and Experience.After comprehensive analysis,thirteen suggestions were put forward concerning six dimensions: To guide college students fully understand the prospect of agricultural industrial,strengthen the publicity of preferential policies in entrepreneurial funding,provide diverse and favorable workplace;Advance college students’ mental quality,cultivate their entrepreneurial ability;Promote the popularization of agriculture knowledge among college students’ entrepreneurial group and the process of rural infrastructure construction;Help agricultural enterprises make scientific incentive system and build agricultural labor agencies to deal with seasonal employment;Invite entrepreneurship mentors in the related fields to share experience and also focus on encouraging rural college students to join the agricultural pioneering work.
