" Mass entrepreneurship,innovation by millions" is the new engine of China's economic development.In August 2018,In the " Opinions on Promoting the High-quality.Development of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Creating an Upgraded Version of " Double Innovation",the State Council emphasized that colleges and universities across the country should strengthen education and training in innovation and entrepreneurship for college students,and promote the deep integration of innovation and entrepreneurship in scientific research institutes in universities.To stimulate the enthusiasm for college students for innovation and entrepreneurship,the Ministry of Education will jointly organize college students ' innovation and entrepreneurship competitions with various departments.With the launch of the competition,the number of participating teams has exploded,but at the same time,the proportion and quality of self-employed entrepreneurs after college graduates are not high.What factors affect the performance level of university students 'innovation and entrepreneurship team,and how to build a high-performance university students ' innovation and entrepreneurship team has become an urgent problem for scientific research management departments and team leaders at all levels.This research adopts the method of empirical research,taking the participating team members of the University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition as the research object.First of all,the basic status,description and correlation analysis of the team characteristics,team member characteristics,and team performance of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship teams are performed.Using a multiple logistic regression model to analyze the impact of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship performance from different subject factors and different subdivision dimensions of different subjects.The research results show that: team members lack practical experience,but have a high interest in innovation and entrepreneurship;colleges and universities support the innovation and entrepreneurship team of college students,which has a positive effect on the improvement of performance;the performance of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship team is obvious,and the competition results have a positive impact on entrepreneurial willingness The effectiveness of team members has a significant impact on team performance;the support of the external environment of the team has a positive effect on team performance;the leadership of the leader has a greater impact on performance than the team support and effective members;the coordination and communication ability of the team leader has a significant impact on team performance The impact is most significant.Based on this,this study believes that to improve the performance of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship teams,first,they should clarify the task division of the team and stimulate the motivation of team members.Clarify the motivation of team members to participate;analyze member information,arrange project tasks in a targeted manner;implement assessments and set goals.Second,increase team supports and improve the practice management system.Strengthen the team foundation and resource reserve;establish a reasonable incentive mechanism to increase team effectiveness;third,improve the level of team leadership and timely adjust team deviations.Establish a team goal system;team leaders provide timely and effective leadership.Fourth,strengthen team norms and correct team members' attitudes.Reduce the problem of social inertia of team members;reduce the occurrence of "free ride";cultivate members' trust and deal with team conflicts reasonably.
