The connection of secondary and higher vocational education is the inevitable requirement of construction of modern vocational education system, is the important measure to break the barrier of secondary and higher vocational education coherence and perfect lifelong education system. In recent years, the state vigorously develop preschool education, social demands for pre-school education teachers’ quality are increasing, secondary talents in colleges and universities cannot meet the needs of the market, to promote the effective connection and cultivate preschool education talents with higher level and more professional abilities,is a problem which needs to be settled.In this study, taking Chongqing as an example, this paper takes the theory of human development ecology, the theory of career management and the principle of maximum benefit as the theoretical basis, mainly adopting the method of text analysis and questionnaire survey, supplemented by literature method, interview method, putingcohesion of the status quo of talents training target, curriculum, teaching methods, teaching conditions as the research object,in-depth discuss problems and analyze the causes and put forward countermeasuresaccordingly so as to more effectively promote the connection between secondary and higher vocational education for the five-year preschool education specialty.Throughinvestigation and analysis, it is found that in the five years of pre-schooleducation, higher vocational colleges have achieved the following results: mutual recognition of course breakthrough, to avoid the waste of curriculum resources, pay attention to the construction of the campus to build a platform, help to improve the students’ practice ability; students of preschool education professional identity is relatively high, to enhance students’ professional beliefs. Also exists following problems: positioning of training goals of convergence, training specifications lack of hierarchy; curriculum repeat degree of “3+2”model is high, low degree of the structure of the content; higher vocational students of liberal education course weak, lifelong learning the necessary knowledge structure system is not perfect; Internal and external practice activities is not ideal, practice hard to join; teaching and management differences larger, students learning, lack of motivation; academic evaluation ignore the process and practice of evaluation; inadequate investment in professional practice teaching facilities, teachers of "double teacher type" lack.In view of the above questions, this study from the government level, industry level and school level to find out the reasons: government level is mainly the Chinese government hasn’t revise and improve the vocational education laws, nor enact specific convergence of vocational guidance documents, national urban management system in higher vocational colleges is not perfect; The industry level is most of the industries and enterprises has not according to the transformation of the mode of economic development and economic structure adjustment, the whole society to timely publication of related job requirements and professional ability standard; school level reason mainly is lack of effective communication mechanism in higher vocational colleges, school enterprise cooperation mechanism is not perfect, "the double teacher type" teachers training mechanism is not perfect, lack of long-term mechanism of students’ career planning and employment guidance.Based on this, for five years of pre-school education majors in higher vocational talents training patterns of articulation suggestions:firstly, establish in preschool education major in vocational school five years of talent training and guarantee mechanism for cohesion; secondly,scientific positioning and overall design of the connection between secondary and higher vocational education training objectives; thirdly,in the overall design of high vocational preschool education curriculum and teaching strategies of cohesion;forthly,improve the cooperation mechanism, realize the integrationof students’ theory and practice; fifthly, strengthen students’ occupational planning and play the subjectivity of students.
