Study On Personnel Training Mode Of Research Universities Talents

In the knowledge economy era dominated by the background of an urgent, we need to train a group of persistent faith, moral excellence, knowledge-rich and strong innovation capability of high-quality expertise and talents.In recent years, some universities through the establishment of elite college to explore the elite training mode,that the kinds of training mode breaks the traditional mode of education, and it is good for our other colleges and universities to cultivate talents. This paper focuses on talents training mode which is the thot issue, analyzes this model and features, finds the good advises to improve this kind of training model. Through this study, it provides some suggestions to the development of elite education and undergraduate teaching direction of reform.This paper through literature, generalizes the connotation of the "elite talent","training mode" and other key concepts, and summarizes the characteristics and the advanced experience of foreign talents training mode, these provide a theoretical basis for the entire study. In this paper, it summaries and analyzes the elite training model, taking a high level of elite college of20research universities for examples. First it introduces the present situation in Elite Academy of research universities, analyzes training goals of the elite talent, training systems, and training ways and so on, and summarizes the elite academy training model and common characteristics. Through interviews and surveys, this paper summarizes the effects of elite college talent cultivation and analyzes its problems, and puts forward some suggestions of improving the university elite research training model:deepens the elite educational philosophy; further optimizes elite education curriculum system; perfects mentor system; improves classroom teaching and teaching quality; finally proposes to create a good learning environment and research atmosphere.
