On account of the New Game Movement and the Talent Training Scheme in the new century, the society has paid more attention on the development chance of social qualities in sports activity. However, there are few studies exploring it from the kindergarten level. So the study explore the design elements of the sports activity based on the social qualities in kindergartens by three researches.The Study One refined elements based on the analysis of the activity program texts which called Moving To Success in Amecrica. 1.It refined 9 elements from the construction and content of the texts. The elements include social goals, rules, the function of materials, the point of guidance, evaluation index of sociality and so on.2.It completed the suitability analysis of these elements with the " Guide for learning and development of children aged 3-6 years" and the culture of preschool education in China. It needs add up some elements that motility target, the difficulty of rules, site, the number of materials, the language of guidance and so on.The Study Two is the Correction of elements based on investigating the current situation of the development of society quality in kindergartens’sport activities. It issued 288 validated questionnaires to three regions of Shanghai, Jiangsu and Ningbo. By this way, it can help us to understand the current situation and experience. At the same time, it refined elements from the expected design elements by using factor analysis, which making the elements more complete. And these design elements were presented by teachers. The result showed that:1. It needs add up some factors that form of activity, the observation skills of teachers, activities instruments, the activity orientation of kindergarten, the support of parents.2. There are different elements in different forms of activity. The design elements of high structural athletic activity are the time length of the link to develop the society, the specific materials and instruments, the time length for children to explore, independent creators by nature and so on. The design elements of low structural athletic activity are materials,rules, observation, guidance and so on.The Study Three is the applicability analysis of the elements puted forward in Study One and Study Two by action research. The action groups proposed the activity programme on the basis of the former design elements.Then it carried out test-lessons for three semesters in A kindergarten in Shanghai. And every lesson tested two times. The results showed that:1.There are some factors have more attention. They are activity links, activity preparation, the main character of activity, active structure and so on. And the trend was from the links to the details.2. There are some factors need added. Such as the relationship of goals, the strategy of asking questions, the route, the time and so on.In conclusion, the study refined the design elements of single activity. Meanwhile, it gave some advices about the elements how to design a series of activities and the professional growth of teachers in theses activities.
