Physical education curriculum in colleges and universities is an important part of the work of education and teaching in higher education, it is also cultivating talent and one of the important ways of carrying out quality education. Sport curriculum is an important factor in sports teaching in colleges and universities, is also an important part of teaching objectives and tasks. University physical education and physical education in primary and secondary schools not only connected, but it is also an important part of life. Under the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on strengthening the youth sports opinions on enhancing young people’s physique((2007), 7th) on the basis of, in accordance with the "National College Physical Education Curriculum Teaching Guidelines"(Education and Arts [2002] No. 13)require background, Play sports in school physical education course construction in colleges and universities in the main channel, achieving promote physical health and improving quality of physical education in schools is particularly important.Mainland and Taiwan although the two regions have shared historical and cultural background, but due to the long-term social, education systems, such as different,school of physical education in construction and the reform and development of State also have differences.Using literature data, field surveys, interviews, questionnaires, comparative analysis for research methods, four universities in Beijing and Taipei as the object of study at four universities. Through the analysis of the present situation of college sports in Beijing and Taipei as the starting point, through the analysis and discussion on the Beijing and Taipei City study on the present situation of physical education curriculum in colleges and universities, from the physical educationcurriculum in colleges and universities of course objectives, course content, course structure, course evaluation of physical education curriculum in colleges and universities to develop systematic comparative study of the situation. The research results show that:1.Beijing and Taipei College of physical education curriculum goal is set explicitly. But in order to meet the demand for talents are different, two area and showed some character. Beijing University under the guidance of the platform, and is divided into the basic curriculum goals and development goals, content rich, and Taipei physical education curriculum in colleges and universities more specific.2.Beijing and Taipei set presents a diversity of physical courses in colleges and universities, are athletics, ball games, martial arts and aerobics class project, but Taipei Sports Beijing is much more new projects.3.Beijing and Taipei, much the same structure and types of physical education curriculum in colleges and universities, Set on credit has specific requirements, focus more on in-class teaching in colleges and universities in Beijing, Taipei University focuses on in-class combination of physical education and extracurricular activities.4.Beijing and Taipei physical education curriculum in colleges and universities on student evaluation is by teacher evaluation, Curriculum evaluation system in colleges and universities of Beijing more complete.
