Happy gymnastics is a kind of innovation project based on the development of gymnastics. It is fun and entertaining, which is deeply loved by children. Happy gymnastics, as an innovative sports item into the primary school, will not only improve the sports teaching mode, enrich the teaching contents and active the classroom atmosphere, but also in line with the needs of the national fitness. Happy gymnastics help to eliminate people’s misunderstanding of the gymnastics and create a good social environment for the development of gymnastics. Therefore, the happy gymnastics, with its own characteristics and value, is very suitable for the development in the primary school.The literature material method, the interview method, the questionnaire survey method, the mathematical statistics method are used to study the happy gymnastics development situation and the promotion strategy in the primary school. The conclusions are as follows:1) happy gymnastics.referring to the gymnastics category, with a variety of gymnastics as a medium, unarmed or physical exercise with the help of a specific instrument, is a kind of sports of developing general physical ability. Gymnastics has the duality of fitness and athletic, happy Gym mainly Fitness-oriented, attributes of athletics, divided into 10 grades according to the content and difficulty, the required to carry out equipment is safe, colorful and full of interesting features; 2) The implementation of national fitness program, the public to gymnastics misunderstanding and The shortage of gymnastics reserve personnel are the three backgrounds of carrying out happy gymnastics training grade standard; 3) 12 Investigated only two elementary schools carry out happy gymnastics training grade standard in Haidian District, indicating that the number of Primary Schools carrying out happy gymnastics training grade standard, is very few; 4) Board of education departments and school leaders to happy Gymnastics Exercise Standard are short of understanding, a direct result of the behavior of hysteresis, largely restricted the happy gymnastics training grade standard development and popularization in Haidian District primary schools; 5) 69.6%of the elementary school physical education teachers and 86.9%of the students support elementary school happy to carry out the gymnastics training grade standard. Equipment acquisition costs will occupy most of the school sports funds. This will influence the development and popularization; 7) Happy gymnastics training grade standard in elementary school’s promotion strategy:make use of a variety of ways to advertise happy gymnastics; speed up the happy gymnastics teaching staff training; multi-channel financing;college sports resources flow to the primary school;To carry out the standard of happy gymnastics in the form of community; organized experts to compile happy gymnastics training grade standard materials.
