| This research takes the exercise load of the "High Participation and Small" Happy Gymnastics class of Beijing Sport University as the research object,and uses the research methods of literature,measurement,video statistics,observation,expert survey,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,etc.Discuss the real situation and influencing factors of the exercise load of the "High Participation Primary School" happy gymnastics class of Beijing Sport University.Deepening teachers’ understanding of the exercise load of happy gymnastics classes helps teachers to rationally arrange and regulate the exercise load of happy gymnastics classes,improve the teaching quality of happy gymnastics classes,and then promote the better development of "high participation in small projects" and happy gymnastics.Improve the health of children and adolescents.The following conclusions are obtained through research:(1)The overall exercise load of the "high ginseng small" happy gymnastics class is low,and the exercise effect is not ideal.The exercise intensity is obviously lower than the suitable range,which needs to be improved urgently;the exercise amount arrangement is more reasonable,but it is in the lower limit of the suitable range.The amount of exercise for boys is in an appropriate range,and the amount of exercise for girls is significantly lower than the appropriate range;the intensity of exercise for both boys and girls is significantly lower than the appropriate range.(2)Happy gymnastics classes with different teaching contents: the amount of exercise on the mat + trampoline class and balance beam + parallel bars class is in a suitable range,and the amount of exercise in running and jumping + horizontal bar classes is slightly lower than the appropriate range;the intensity of running and jumping + horizontal bar classes is in a suitable range,and mat + trampoline The exercise intensity of the balance beam + parallel bars class is significantly lower than the appropriate range.(3)Among the different grades of happy gymnastics classes: the third grade of happy gymnastics classes has the highest exercise load.The amount of exercise in the third and fifth grades is in a suitable range,the amount of exercise in the fourth grade is slightly lower than the suitable range;the intensity of the third grade is slightly lower than the appropriate range,and the intensity of the fourth and fifth grades is significantly lower than the appropriate range.(4)The exercise density of different types of happy gymnastics classes are in a suitable range and there is no significant difference.From high to low,the practice density is comprehensive lessons,new lessons,and review lessons,which are different from the requirements.The exercise intensity of the review class is slightly lower than the appropriate range,and the exercise intensity of the new and comprehensive classes is significantly lower than the appropriate range.(5)The factors that affect the exercise load of happy gymnastics are mainly divided into four categories: environmental factors,teaching factors,student factors,and teacher factors.Class discipline and teacher’s teaching ability among the 21 influencing factors in 4 categories are the most important factors influencing exercise load.Exercise load needs to be combined and adjusted with 21 influencing factors.(6)Teachers of the "high ginseng small" happy gymnastics class use observation methods and other simple and easy methods to judge exercise load.It can be combined with pulse measurement method and monitoring equipment to judge exercise load to improve the accuracy of results.Due to the small number of equipment and some equipment being damaged;the students ’enthusiasm for practicing is relatively low;the content of happy gymnastics teaching is difficult;there are differences in students’ abilities;some teachers are restricted by reasons such as unskilled use of control methods,etc.ideal. |
