Research purposes:rowing is a mainly aerobic power, emphasizing strength endurance quality fitness dominant class project. Athletes in the competition to achieve ideal result, must want to have a higher level of state of the body. It’s must to do scientific and reasonable training, systematic monitoring, especially in the annual training to systematic energy reserves and the technology improvement, improve the important training period of winter training period, thus the effect of winter training will determine the status and achievements of the athletes in the coming year. This topic through the excellent rowers during the 20 week winter training the characteristics of the overall arrangement of physical training, including training load, training methods and means to choose, the description of the training content analysis, contrast before and after the winter training athletes body function and the change of the results of the competition, explore the rowing athletes the validity and the rationality of the winter training training arrangement. Reasonable arrangement of the winter training period to help coaches training plan, improve the effect of training, provide a reference for rowing coaches and athletes and scientific training theory basis. Research conclusions are as follows:1 real state diagnosis and sporting potential prediction is the work must be completed before winter training. Winter training period of physical training should be set an overall goal, stage division of meticulous, and clear the focal point of each stage of training.2 in addition to the athletes training system development of maximum strength, strength, endurance, and high intensity of aerobic endurance ability, the core strength training, training and coordination based on the special characteristics of the design of the training, not only can strengthen body stability, still can make physical training ability acquired more easily to special. Three traditional gradually increase the load gradually reducing the load after reach a certain load arrangement model shows a better effect.4 in the physiological and biochemical index of monitoring, the main selection of hemoglobin, serum urea nitrogen and creatine kinase three indicators to adjust training arrangement, the serum urea nitrogen in the process of training, timely adjust played a key role of the load. After the winter training, the athletes’ physical fitness level, special technology has significantly improved and improve, and for the first time after the winter training game-winning the championship in the national championship, achieved the anticipated target of the winter training.
