Physical fitness is a very important ability for a football player.It is a variety of physical and athletic abilities necessary for a player to improve his skills,tactics and to achieve outstanding results.Physical ability is the basic condition of the athletic ability of football players in the game.If you do not strengthen the physical training,it is difficult to ensure that you can play the whole game.Jiangsu youth women's football team has won the first and third place in the 11 th,12th and 13 th national games.Especially in the past two years,Jiangsu U16 women's football team won the championship in the finals of the 2018 national U16 women's football league,and won the physical fitness championship and the first place in the competition in the second youth games.The U16 women's football team of Jiangsu province is the team that can run the most.It can maintain the high intensity of the competition,and its physical advantage is obvious in the team of the same age.By discussing and learning the physical training of U16 women's football team in Jiangsu province during the winter training,it can be used for reference by other youth teams of the same age in physical training.This paper adopts the methods of literature review,field observation,testing,expert interview,data statistics and takes the physical training of U16 female football players in Jiangsu province as the research object during the winter training.This research mainly carries on the research analysis from the sports quality aspect,and selects the physical quality test result to carry on the analysis.Physical fitness indicators include: vertical jump in situ,30-meter sprint,YOYO test,sitting forward bend 4 indicators.At the same time,the team cooperated with Jiangsu provincial institute of physical culture and sports to test the three physiological indicators of hemoglobin,serum urea nitrogen and creatine kinase during the winter training.Through the assessment of the winter training and the analysis of the physical and psychological indicators of the athletes,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)In Jiangsu province under-16 women's winter training period is complete,coherent structure,winter training period training plan step by step in accordance with the principle,and combined with football skills,more effectively improve the physical quality of the players,but the winter training period arranged eight weeks,time is more reasonable,in the next league for players fitness to lay a good solid foundation.(2)Jiangsu U16 women's football team made a reasonable physical training plan during the winter training period.The players carried out the goal and thought of the physical training of the coaching team well and carried out the training in an orderly manner according to the daily training plan,and the training effect initially achieved the expected results of the coaching team.During the winter training period,the three physical training stages are allocated appropriately.Each stage has specific training for the physical weakness of the team,which can highlight the key points of training,and the physical training of the three stages is progressive.(3)In Jiangsu province women's physical quality test under-16 index can be more accurate reflection of winter training before and after the change of physical quality,each players of each team in all aspects after the winter training quality has improved,that the winter training of physical training teams is a larger increase,achieve the purpose of the winter training and training effects.(4)There are few kinds of equipment in U16 women's football physical training room in Jiangsu province,and the methods and means of physical training are relatively simple,most of which adopt traditional training mode.(5)Physical and physiological indicators monitoring tests to diagnose under-16 in Jiangsu province women's football the whole winter training period of training effect,and the winter training four physical and physiological indexes before and after the test,this paper compares and analyzes information about 30 m sprints,in situ vertical jump,YOYO test indicators reflect the players in speed quality and power quality,endurance quality has improved significantly,but sit and reach result fluctuate,the training effect is not obvious.Hemoglobin was significantly improved(P<0.01),and the indexes of serum urea nitrogen and creatine kinase were basically the same as before the winter training,and maintained at the same level.(6)Jiangsu U16 women's football team was better than Tianjin U16 women's football team in the warm-up game of the winter training in terms of the overall distance,sprint times,sprint distance and other physical performance data,which indicates that Jiangsu U16 women's football team has a higher physical performance level than other players of the same age.
