Research On The Ideological And Political Education Of Civil Student Pilots In Colleges

As is stated in <Outline of the national education reform and development planning in the medium and long term >, individualized teaching methods should be tailored and every student's advantages and potential should be developed based on the different characteristics and the difference in the personality of the students. The civil aviation student pilots in colleges, as a special group of college students, should be seriously concerned. Nowadays, the national civil aviation industry, a growth industry, is developing rapidly and full of vitality. With the advances of the thirteenth five-year plan, the size of big airlines is gradually expanded, and therefore, the cultivation of civil aviation students plays an important role in the development of the whole civil aviation industry. The civil pilot, a special profession, requires special education in ideology and politics. Based on this, colleges, as main bodies of education, must do well in the educational training of the ideology and political awareness of the civil aviation students. Therefore, specific, systematic and comprehensive studies in the ideological and political education of the civil aviation students should be carried out, so that such education can be targeted and effective and can meet the social needs of aviators. The main purpose of this paper is to proceed attempts in this aspect.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter consists of the thesis statement and the comments on some accomplished research which shows the possibility and necessity of this paper. Based on this, some research methods and basic thoughts are also illustrated. The second chapter gives a clear definition of the civil aviation student pilots. Moreover, this chapter involves the process of election, the features of the student pilots. community and their political attitude. In the third chapter, the author investigated some of the civil aviation student pilots in university on their political status and political education by giving interviews and questionnaires. Chapter four analyzes the radical problems and reasons of political education of the civil aviation student pilots in universities. In the last chapter, the author proposes some practical and efficient measurements to improve the political education of the student pilots.All in all, this paper not only focuses on a particular group——the civil aviation student pilots but provides reasonable methods combining education of aviation corporate culture and education of politics to improve the quality of them. Therefore, the author hopes to inspire other people who work on political education of the civil aviation student pilots in college by offering thorough and rigorous research.
