Since the founding China, the Physical Education curriculum of the school has experienced 7 reforms.The ultimate goal of the Physical Education curriculum reforms is to improve classroom teaching efficiency, and the effective classroom teaching is the most important thing to achieve this goal.This paper adopts literature data method, experimental method, expert interview method and mathematical statistics method. On the basis of accessing to relevant literature about effective classroom teaching of Physical Education, the meaning of effective classroom teaching of physical education has been determined, and the effective classroom teaching mode has been defined, and the teaching contents has been explained.In this paper, the fourth grade students in No.5 primary school in Da Xing District had been taken as the experiment objects, Class 1 as the experimental group, Class 2 as the control group. Before the experiment, the students in two classes had been given the significance test of difference about the physical quality and basic condition, P>0.05, which shows that there is no significant difference between the two groups of students. Subsequently, the two groups of students had been given differentiated teaching for 10 weeks.The same teacher taught the experimental group and the control group students at the same location. The experimental group students were taught by effective classroom teaching mode of Physical Education, the control group of students were taught by conventional classroom teaching mode. The indexes of the physical ability of the students in two groups have been compared through the experimental method, which includes power quality, speed quality, stamina diathesis, agility and flexibility. And the standing long jump, one minute sit ups, 50 meter run, 50 * 8 shuttle run, body anteflexion in sitting position and 1 minute skipping projects have been taken as the specific contents to the analyze the experimental group and the control group. After the experiment, the sports projects which can reflect the physical quality have been measured again, which helps to draw the conclusion.The experimental result shows that all the six indexes of the physical ability of the students were increased before and after the experiment. The significance test of difference shows that P < 0.05, according to the indexes of the experimental group, which has significant difference compared with the indexes before.While in the control group,although the scores were increased, but there was no significant difference compared with the experiment before.The comparison between the scores of the two groups the significance test of difference shows that P < 0.05 according to the indexes of the experimental group, which has significant difference compared with the control group.Therefore, taking the effective classroom teaching mode can improve students’ physical quality, while taking conventional classroom teaching mode is not obvious on the improvement of the students’ physical quality.
