The teaching classroom management on primary math in senior grades plays an important role in teaching.Teachers' classroom management ability is the beneficial conditions on teaching activities.With the introduction to classroom of the modern management theories and methods,it provides theoretical support for classroom management.The improvement of students' learning ability and self-management ability exerts crucial influence on the classroom teaching of students in senior grades.The paper applies documentary method to analyze the theories of Chinese and foreign classroom management,issues existing in classroom management and the effective strategies of high-grade classroom management on primary math.It defines the related core definitions,adopts questionnaire to make investigation and study on the classroom management situation on the primary match in senior grades in Jiujiang Primary School and proposes effective strategy on the classroom management.This paper mainly covers three parts.Part One: The paper expounds the origin of the issues aiming at the importance of math classroom management in primary senior grades in Jiujiang Primary School and the existing issues during the management process.It explores the research meanings of match classroom teaching management in primary senior grades in Jiujiang Primary School.Part two: Through the existing situational investigation of math teaching of primary senior grades in Jiujiang Primary School.This paper adopts students' questionnaire and teachers' questionnaire and collects the materials of analyzing the math classroom management in primary senior grades in Jiujiang Primary School,analyzes the existing issues in math classroom management in primary senior grades inJiujiang Primary School and proposes the implementation of effective management.Part Three : From the perspectives of teachers,students,schools and parents-schools,this paper proposes effective management strategies on math classroom management in primary senior grades in Jiujiang Primary School.In terms of teachers,the paper proposes to change teachers' old classroom management notion,improve teacher's classroom management capacity,compile the rules of classroom management and set up effective group cooperation.In terms of students,the paper puts forward to mobilize the study initial ability and train students' self-management ability.In terms of school,the paper proposes to adjust the age structure of teachers teaching math in in primary senior grades and attach great importance to the training and assessment on teachers' classroom management capacity of primary school in senior grades.In terms of parents-school relationship,the paper suggests strengthening links and organizing training on parents.All in all,the main content of this subject research is to improve the effective management of math classroom management in primary senior grades by reasonably utilizing all factors.
