Research On The Elementary Schools’ Sporis Teaching Present Situation In Ningyuan County,Hunan Province

Sports teaching is to foster cross-century talents is an important way and means, with the coming of information age and knowledge economy era, our country’s sports teaching is complying with the development of The Times and the huge change, especially the implementation of the new curriculum standard, for the reform of school physical education to conduct a comprehensive system provides a good opportunity. However, the current elementary school sports teaching is still in the transition period from exam-oriented education to quality education, there are many problems in the process.This article USES the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, interview method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis method, 8 260 students from a primary school in ningyuan county of hunan province and the survey of 40 teachers, analyzes the problems existing in the teaching and explore, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, hope to help in ningyuan county sports teaching reform and enlightenment. The following data analysis results:Sports teaching course situation is not optimistic, although ningyuan county primary school physical education classes rate is 100%, but there are enough physical education classes; School leadership attaches great importance to the insufficient of the implementation of physical education curriculum standard, sports theory class teaching also didn’t get the attention they deserve; Sports teaching plan, teaching methods and teaching evaluation for the project of the organization forms, teaching content from the concept and requirement of new have larger gap; Ningyuan county project not, a lot of sports school learning effect is not very good; Ningyuan county primary school physical education teachers strength is weak, ningyuan county primary school PE teachers’ gender,age structure is unreasonable, and PE teachers’ gender imbalance, teachers’ teaching experience and the title structure is unreasonable; The imperfect of physical teaching facilities, equipment and facilities. Most of the school sports venues, facilities and equipment cannot guarantee and meet the needs of the students. Most of the students ask for an increase in sports class, didn’t get feedback in time. Sports funds investment can’t satisfy the sports teaching use; Insufficient attention school of physical education teaching,physical education teachers daily workload is big, low wages and benefits, physical education teachers influence PE teachers’ work enthusiasm, is not conducive to stability of teachers; Sports teachers in training situation is not optimistic; Sports work is lack of reasonable management, professional sports teachers to teach other subjects to the part not make professional physical education teachers to participate in school sports games. These conditions conducive to the elementary school sports teaching work, should cause theattention of the authorities.Based on the survey found that the problem, the author put forward the following Suggestions: improve the recognition of elementary school physical education, ensure the normal order of the physical education, carry out effectively; Increased investment in elementary physical education learning, based lifetime sports foundation; To strengthen the construction of the elementary school sports teachers, improve the quality of the elementary school sports teaching; Elementary school sports teaching material conditions facilities and ensure the students’ physical education learning requirements.
