In order to implement the "Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on Doing a Good Job in the After-School Service of Primary and Secondary School Students",Harbin City issued the "Government "Buy" Harbin City to Carry Out the After-Class Service for Urban Primary School Students,and launched a free after-school class in Harbin City.Service,among which sports has also become an important part,this paper studies the sports part of the after-school service,that is,after-school sports service.This paper uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,interview method,logic analysis method,etc.to manage the sports service,personnel,venue,resources,funds,organization and implementation of after-school sports services in Nangang District,Harbin.Carry out research on the status quo and provide effective opinions and suggestions for afterschool sports services through the research in this paper,so that the development of after-school sports service work can be implemented and the development and longterm development can be improved.The research conclusions are as follows:1.The schools in Nangang District of Harbin follow the documents to carry out after-school sports services and have their own rules and regulations,but the rules and regulations and safety system are not perfect,teachers are not performing well,and the school does not pay attention to safety,and lacks management of them;The school has arranged more after-school sports service projects to be carried out on Wednesday afternoons and there are few projects in individual schools.Each after-school sports service project is mostly carried out once a week.The school development time is almost 1 hour to 1.5 hours.The time setting is not reasonable.2.More than half of the students volunteered to participate in after-school sports service,the other part of parents did not support their children to participate in afterschool sports service because of various concerns;the junior grade could not participate in after-school sports service;although there were differences in the development of schools,but the situation was consistent with the requirements of documents and did not require students to participate.3.Due to insufficient capital investment in the sports service venues after class and the unreasonable use of indoor venues,the venues cannot meet the development of after-school sports services;the outdoor venues are not reasonable enough to meet the standards due to insufficient space.4.The funds for free sports activities after school are not enough,but there is no indiscriminate charging.Parents have a good evaluation.The lack of funds leads to the quality of the venues and equipments not meeting the standards and is insufficient.The ability of physical education teachers after the after-school sports service is insufficient.There is no training system in the school.There is no way for teachers to improve their ability.The information resources of schools are not smooth,and students cannot get correct guidance,which leads to unscientific learning.5.Each school has fulfilled the requirements of the document to implement the after-school sports service,but the post-class sports service project has a single organizational form and the implementation effect is only satisfactory.
