Along with 18th CPC National Congress's resolution of overall intensifying the reform,in every regard,the society is changing intricately and profoundly.For example,deepen the reform in government,economy and culture;education is meant to more children;medical treatment and public health is perfecting;more jobs are created;social security system is enlarging;the poor is considered;the household registration system is profiting more persons.Especially,our education grips the era,advancing easily in depth and breadth in important field and key link.In Chinese education system,elementary education is the base of national education,what's more,is the foundation to cultivate a good person.So,how to foster a little child to become a versatile talent so as to make a contribution to our country is the joint problem and arduous task facing all the moral educators.In this assault fortified position,the reform constantly going deep into;the economy rapidly growing;the internet developing whip and spur;schoolchildren are exposed to community more,compared to those living in 30years ago.The growing schoolchildren are confused about what they see.They cannot make the right decision when they are facing kinds of thoughts,cultures and morals.As a result,individual values go against the core values advocated by nation.Society more opened,economy more developed,material life more prosperous,the pupils' values are more easily developing to utilitarianism and pragmatism,moreover,according to their physical and psychological status,they too,are more influenced by social environment and multiple values,if they are not trained by rule and line.In addition,because regional economic develops unbalancing and network media rises,education resources are allocated unequally,bad information overflows online and family education is reduced.Those phenomena not only shake the right values rooted in the Chinese excellent traditional culture,but also depart from what schoolchild learn in school.In the end,schoolchild are confused and can not shape the right ideology and morality.All these,challenge our nation's ideological and moral education for pupils.This article is combined my educational practice and relevant ideological and political theory and knowledge,using questionnaire survey and interview investigation,divided into 4 parts to discuss the schoolchild ideology and morality current situation,then try to offer a proposal.Part 1:expound the reason and meaning of the selected topic;summarize the research status domestic and overseas;introduce the research technique;define the relevant concepts.Part 2:Emphasize schoolchild's physical and psychological feature;use survey data and interview notes;comprehend their politic,ideology,ethic,metal healthy,international relationship,network life's condition;analyze contrastively different regions' students about if they are the only child in their family and if their family is rich or poor;conclude the schoolchild's ideology and morality overall condition and the main problem existed.Part 3:integrate the research data and analyze the result;analyze specifically the main reason existed in schoolchild's ideology and morality education from 3 aspects:imperfection work in school's ideology and morality education,unreasonable education in home and unsatisfactory environment in social morality.Part 4:according to the schoolchild's law of somatopsychic development and the educational characteristics of values,put forward countermeasures in favor of schoolchild's ideology and morality education from three macroscopical aspects,that is,school,family and society to enhance pertinence and effectiveness of elementary school's moral education.
