Objective: Numerous Large-scale International Sports events will be held in high-temperature and high humidity environment. It is a tremendous job that how to deal with the special environment, which has become a hot spot issue of the physical education research at home and abroad. The experiment will explore the effects that low body cold-water immersion and Carbon Dioxide-rich Water-cryotherapy of low body recover the sports fatigue for cyclists in high-temperature and high humidity environment. And the experiment will compare the difference of the two kind of Cryotherapy, looking forward to providing reference during training and match for the couch and athlete when they adopt the scientific and effectual recovery scheme.Methods: This experiment is designed by a randomized crossover self-control. Twelve cyclists enter the high-temperature and high humidity chamber to do the graded exercise test after the measuring of base value(the initial power is 60 W, and increase 30 W every 5 minutes,and keep the rotate speed 60r/min until the cyclist is exhausted.) This experiment adopt the different cryotyerapy measure, namely control(CON), low body cold-water immersion(LBI)and Carbon Dioxide-rich Water-cryotherapy of low body(CLBI) when the cyclist is exhausted. The water temperature is 12℃ for 20 minutes and the time interval is one week.The experiment collect the physical signs of Heart Rate(HR), oxygen saturation of blood(Sa O2), core temperature(TC), Skin temperature(TS), Blood lactic acid(Bla) and Rating of Perceived Exertion(RPE). Then measure the comprehensive quality of Omega wave and the weight after the intervening measure. And the experiment will use the statistical software of SPSS20.0 to analyze the data.Results:1. The numerical value of Heart Rate, Blood lactic acid, core temperature and Rating of Perceived Exertion are significantly increased when the athletes are exhausted, which present the significant difference(P<0.01) compared with the preexercise. The athlete all get into the state of sports fatigue at one time.2. For the heart rate, in the recovery stage of 5 to 20 minutes, the groups of LBI and the CLBI are distinctly different from the group of the CON(P<0.05). There are not significantdifference among the group of the CLBI and the group of CON(P>0.05). However, the corresponding heart rate of the group of the CLBI all is lower than the group of LBI in the all recovery stage.3. For the Blood lactic acid, the groups of LBI and the CLBI are distinctly different from the group of the CON(P<0.05) in the recovery stage of 5 to 20 minutes. At the time of recovery of exhaustionand and 10 minute, the groups of CLBI is superior to the groups of LBI in eliminating the lactic acid.4. For the oxygen saturation of blood, in the recovery stage of 7 to 20 minutes, the groups of LBI and the CLBI are distinctly different from the group of the CON(P<0.05). At the time of15 and 20 minutes, the recovery rate of the CLBI group is markedly superior to the CON group and there are significant difference among them(P<0.01). And There are not significant difference among the LBI group and the CLBI group in the all recovery stage.5. In the beginning of the recovery stage, LBI group and the CLBI group have a great influence to the core temperature. As time goes on, the restoration effects are gradually decreased. In the all recovery stage, the index change of Skin temperature of the groups have no significant difference. After the intervene of cryotherapy, the index of the reaction time show that the CLBI group is obviously different with the LBI group and the CON group(P<0.05). But the LBI group and the CLBI group have no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions:1. The two kinds of the intervene of cryotherapy all can enhance the effect of reducing heart rate, removing blood lactic acid, reducing core temperature and recovering the oxygen saturation of blood, which make the correlative physiological and biochemical index return to normal, promoting the recovery of sports fatigue.2. The two kinds of the intervene of cryotherapy all can increase the reaction time and reduce the tensity of nerve, illustrating that the two kinds of the intervene of cryotherapy all can improve the reactivity and adaptive capacity.3. There are no significant difference in all kings of index compared two ways of recovery.However, we can see that CLBI group is much better than the LBI group as the time goes on from the tendency chart.
