Problem solving is an important part of high school students’ mathematics learning. Under the current condition of college entrance examination, how to let the students out of the sea tactics and learn more easily is critical, in which case, teachers can teach at ease, thus improving the ability to solve mathematical problems of high school students, which is currently a key issue confronting us.Based on the previous studies, the author depends on high school students to solve mathematical problems reflected and explores its causes from the angle of teaching, it studies and formulates the corresponding teaching strategies so as to improve the students’ capability of mathematical problem solving.In this paper, combined with the actual situation of high school, through the questionnaire survey, individual interviews and other different ways, the scientific empirical research combined with the students’ test scores. It continues to pay attention to the changes of students’ ability to solve problems. On the basis of the analysis of the survey, it figures out some problems existed in the process of solving the problem of students: problem solving is not standardized, the topic is not tight, with mathematical calculation error, the concept of formula master does not reach the designated position, blind analogical transfer, problem solving reconsidering is not timely.Aiming at the problems, it’s necessary to suit the remedy to the case through the theoretical research, expounding the factors that influence the effect of problem solving: problem situation factors, characteristics of individual students, problem-solving strategies and meta-cognition, teachers teaching factors. Finally, the paper combined theoretical research and empirical investigation, from the point of view of teachers’teaching proposed training strategies to improve the ability of solving:Regulating students’ problem solving,To improve students’ ability of analyzing the question,Attention to the cultivation of computing ability,The concept of formula teaching.The importance of analogical transfer teaching,Pay attention to the cultivation of the ability of reflection.This article figures out thee issues from the actual teaching situation and teaching practice so as to solve the problem for the students, thus improving the ability of problem solving. This paper provides a theoretical basis and feasibility of the program.
