Learning initiative is one of the important learning qualities and it is the inevitable appeal of implementing the new curriculum reform and the basis for realizing lifelong education.Many scholars at home and abroad have fully affirmed the important value of learning initiative for children's development.As the enlightenment stage of the school education system,kindergarten education will have a profound impact on the development of learning initiative quality.With the continuous deepening of kindergarten curriculum reform,the kindergarten's various educational activities fully support the active exploration of young children.At present,the current situation of children's learning initiative is the core issue of this research.The purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation of children's learning initiative through surveys,observations and interviews,to explore the factors that influence children's learning initiative,and to propose effective strategies for cultivating children's learning initiative.This study analyzes the existing literature from two aspects: learning initiative and initiative learning of young children,and then adopts the self-edited "Preschool Children's Learning Initiative Questionnaire"(refer to Chongqing Normal University Li Jun's "Learning Initiative Questionnaire" Revised),distributed questionnaires to 743 parents,Using SPSS22.0 to conduct descriptive statistics and differential analysis of the731 collected effective questionnaires,it is concluded that the large class children's learning initiative is moderately upper,in which the level of communication cooperation and experience participation is better,and the learning ability and learning motivation level are lower.Then,with reference to the observation table of the “Key Development Indicator System for Preschool Children's Active Learning” compiled by Huoliyan,observe the learning initiative of the 6 kindergarten children in F City,and find that the observation results are consistent with the questionnaire results,and analyze the children's learning initiative in different organizational forms.Through the analysis of the data collected by questionnaires and interviews,it is further concluded that from the perspective of young children,the gender significantlyaffects the learning initiative of young children,and the children's personality hobbies and peer relationships affect the learning initiative of young children to a certain extent;from the perspective of family,parents' income and education,parental companion time,and family parenting style significantly affect the learning initiative of young children,while parental occupation types have no significant effect on children's learning initiative;from the perspective of teacher,the educational concept of teachers and the support means of teachers influence the learning initiative of young children to some extent;from the perspective of the garden,the demonstration level has a significant impact on the initiative of young children,the environmental creation and teacher level influence the learning initiative of young children to a certain extent.Finally,combined with the current situation and influencing factors of children's learning initiative,this paper proposes an effective strategy for cultivating children's learning initiative: stimulating children's learning motivation;creating a human atmosphere that is conducive to the development of children's learning initiative;and providing support for young children's initiative in children's learning.
