This research employs the methods of survey, action research approach, class observation, and experience summarization to conduct analysis and reach a conclusion. Based on previous research and investigation, group collaboration is comprehensively designed, defining the sections as units. The teaching sections, revision sections and expansion sections are proceeded in wave style, spiral style and decomposing style. During the process, the rules of learning before class, activities during in the class, reflection after the class are followed. It is shown by the comparison before and after the test with class observation and questionnaires, the pupils as subjects have an increase in the interest toward English learning, academic achievement and sense of cooperation, via consistent group collaboration study.The whole paper is divided into four chapters. Chapter 1 introduces the research purpose and meaning. Chapter 2 introduces problem Analysis and design practice. Through the investigation to understand the status and problems in the team cooperation to determine the direction of the research, then design practice content. Chapter 3 introduces design and implementation for units of the whole group cooperative learning strategy. Chapter 4 analyses the effects of group cooperative learning and points out the limitations of the research.
