Now, the current middle school students prevalent lack of motivation or even negative phenomena weariness in their learning behavior. For the current middle school students’ learning behavior research, we focused on the theoretical and practical study of middle school students’ learning motivation, but the study about the emotion in middle school students’ learning behavior is rarely. After reading the research literature and teaching practice, we found that emotional factor plays an important role in students’ learning behavior, and the impact bias may exist in their learning behavior. In students’ learning behavior and emotional experience, the impact bias will change with different events, for the same event a student’s emotional forecast and the actual experience will be different. The impact bias is made by a lot of factors, this study we focused on the influence of the agency beliefs to the impact bias in middle school students’ learning behaviors. In this study, the students are from five middle school of rural and urban areas in Laiyang. Interviews, surveys, and experiments will be used in this research. The theory of Bandura about agency beliefs is our study basic, we combined with previous relevant researches on students’ agency beliefs to build a two-factor model of agency beliefs with internal agency and external agency; we use interviews, literature research and other methods to build the questionnaire about agency beliefs in the middle school students’ learning behaviors. We made the exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, so that the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are both good. We use the questionnaire in the experiments to measure the agency beliefs. We designed three experiments in this study :The first experiment was designed to verify if the dependent variable that impact bias in the middle school students’ learning behaviors exists or not.The second experiment aims to verify and compare the specific influence of the agency beliefs to the impact bias in the middle school students’ learning behavior under the experimental conditions. The third experiment was specifically designed to verify and compare the impact bias in the middle school students’ learning behavior in their actual school life. To cotrol the conditions of the experiments, all the students in the three experiments are from the four grades of Laiyang Wenfeng School. In the selection process, we considered three factors for gender, grade, academic level as much as possible. The results of the study are as follow:(1)The impact bias exists in the learning behavior of middle school students.(2)The agency beliefs influence the impact bias in the students’ learning behavior.(3)The agency beliefs make different influence in the impact bias in the students’ learning behavior in different conditions. In the positive results, the impact bias can be smaller for the students which have strong agency beliefs. In the negative results, the impact bias can be larger for the students which have weak agency beliefs.
