With the rapid development of information technology, people need to be equipped with quantities of knowledge to adapt to the social advance. However, on account of the limitation of time, space, and energy, people are eager to regard the knowledge as their long-term skills. Therefore, autonomic learning has become a focus issue in educational field. In this paper, we make researches revolving the following aspects:(1)the definition of autonomic learning (2)the problems and causes of senior high students’ autonomic learning (3) how to cultivate senior high students’ mathematical autonomic learning competence. This research can be divided into three phases:(1)based on the previous questionnaires ans personal teaching experience, we design the investigation questionnaires and interviews;(2)we randomly choose students and teachers in four senior high schools in Ping Dingshan as our subjects, and then collect and analyze data to find out the factors influencing senior high students’ mathematical autonomic learning competence, and finally we propose the countermeasures to improve students’ mathematical autonomic learning competence;(3) we demonstrate the validity and feasibility of these countermeasures through experiment. The research shows that the factors influencing senior high students’ mathematical autonomic learning competence can be classified into two parts:the internal factors and the external ones. The internal factors mainly include Learning motivation, learning ability, self evaluation of learning outcomes, collective sense of honor, while the external ones include:(1) academic pressure;(2) pressure from mathematics teachers;(3)domestic factors. The countermeasures are as follows:from teachers’ perspectives, to change teaching ideas, carry out teaching methods, construct teaching environment and creat teaching resources; from students’ perspectives, set learning goals, operate learning process and assess the learning results.
