A Study On College Students Entrepreneurship Support Policy Under The Entrepreneurial Preference

Entrepreneurship is a strong impetus to promote the development of economy, more and more scholars study suggests:entrepreneurial activity could lead to the employment, improve the level of national economy, and promote the national per capita income growth, there has profound significance to the development of science and technology and the progress of the society. Support college students entrepreneurship is a kind of encouragement policy, government through introduced preferential policies, like entrepreneurship training, economic policy, tax breaks and many aspects support and preferential treatment, to encourage college students self-employment, but according to statistics, in recent years the proportion of college students’ self-employment, choice of entrepreneurship undertaking still represent a minority college students, the number of less than three percent proportion of entrepreneurship, far below the twenty percent to thirty percent in the European and American countries business scale, there is a very significant gap. Its root cause lies in the fact that our country’s entrepreneurship support policy implementation of college students does not reach the designated position. With the constant change of economic and social, college students’entrepreneurial motivation, business category, entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial needs also change with changing times, the development of science and technology is a significant support in the national business, including encourage university students’ innovative entrepreneurial. Nowadays, in the concept of entrepreneurial drive the industry chain, college students have advantages like age, learning ability, knowledge capital, intellectual property and so on, and also have many disadvantages such as the lack of practical experience, the lack of innovation, venture capital, lack of good business atmosphere factors which are hampering the college students’ self-employment road, constantly adjusting and optimizing college students’ entrepreneurship support policy in our country, promote the rate of our country college students’ entrepreneurship and the success rate of entrepreneurship has important research significance.Based on the preference theory as the research angle of view, the current our country college students’ entrepreneurship support policy implementation and implementation preferences are researched, taking Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region as an example, with questionnaire investigation method, sampling survey of the attitude of the college students’ entrepreneurship support policy to the five universities in the area of Guangxi college students and graduates graduated two years business preferences as well. Through empirical analysis and research of current policy preferences and differences existing in current college students’ entrepreneurship preferences, put forward the corresponding policy optimization adjustment countermeasure and the suggestion, expect to enhance the implementation effectiveness of the policy.
