Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of College Students' Entrepreneurship Support Policy

Employment is a serious problem, college graduates are increasing year by year, faced with the dilemma of employment difficulties, so entrepreneurship has become the choice of many college graduates. The current entrepreneurial policy is not perfect, leading to the existence of more and more college students’ problems. Therefore this thesis of Undergraduates in Kunming City as the research object, using literature research method, questionnaire survey method, empirical analysis method and descriptive statistical analysis method about university students in Kunming city policy entrepreneurship research, found out that there are some problems in Kunming in the policy formulation process in existing policies to support some unrealistic, support policy system is not the problem, policy system itself on entrepreneurship education training policy, venture capital financing policy and the policy environment three aspects; support policy of policy enforcement is weak and the execute difficult problem existing in the process in the policy implementation.The causes of existing problems analysis, through policy making, policy system and the policy execution three aspects put forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve, respectively for the policy objectives of College Students’ entrepreneurship policy to conduct accurate positioning, to meet the goal of the policy group characteristics of entrepreneurship policy to strengthen and perfect; entrepreneurship education training policy, venture capital financing policy and the policy environment three aspects of countermeasures and suggestions; to promote the policy quality improve, public affairs and to further strengthen the transparency of the entrepreneurship policy implementation..
