The economy of our country had made a tremendous achievement since China reform and open to the outside world, moreover, we must shoulder the obligation of protecting ecological environment. It is necessary for the junior middle school students who are in critical period of education to be in progress the education of ecological environment by the method of education permeation: on one hand, we can expand educational contents via the combination junior middle school biological theory and practice on the other hand, we can make the ecological civilization become a part of teen-agers’ mind and achieve that more and more teen-agers become new supporters of sustainable development of ecological environment. And, ecological education play a positive role in the development of ecological theory and biology teaching theory of junior middle school.The first, this paper has systematically summarized and analyzed the correlational research about ecological civilization education of the world by the method of literature review from five dimensions that include the knowledge about ecological civilization idea 、 the carrier of ecological civilization education 、 the domain of ecological permeation education 、 the combination of theory and practice、the institution of ecological civilization education. Based on the literature review, the writer has made the teachers’ questionnaire and students’ questionnaire.The students and biology teachers of nine junior middle schools of Kashgar have been investigated by the two questionnaires. The advantages and deficiency about infiltration of ecological civilization in the biology teaching have been found via statistic and analysis to the date that obtain from the tow investigations.Those faultiness that include deficient knowledge of ecological civilization 、 hysteretic modality and domain of ecological civilization education 、deficient combination of theory and practice and backward and distemperedness institutions of ecological civilization education have been found in the tow investigations.Based on the result of investigations, those countermeasures that contian developing “the four kinds of ideas”、abounding the carrier of ecological civilization education 、 expanding the domain of ecological civilization education 、 strengthening the combination of theory and practice and constructing institutions were mentioned to cope with the five faultiness what were found in the investigations and result perfect ecological civilization education.In the end, the paper summarized those problem that had not being solved in this research and expected the deeper researches about education of permeating ecological civilization.
