College Students Anti-frustration Education Research Under The Horizon Of The Ideological And Political Education

The present era is the era of big data and fast-paced life. In this era, all kinds of competitions are intensifying, people bear more and more pressure. The young college students as builders and successors of this country, suffer from academic, emotional, interpersonal relationship and the employment pressure. A growing college campus violence and suicide events has shown the negative behaviors of some college students in a certain degree.Their psychological quality and anti frustration ability have attracted more and more attention in society. Their comprehensive quality not only affects the future development of the country and the nation, but also affects the realization of China dream. Therefore, how to improve the mental health level of college students and enhance students’ ability of anti-frustration are serious problems which the ideological and political education workers should think.This paper studies the ideological and political education of college students from the perspective of anti frustration education. The thesis is divided into four parts.The first part: introduction, including the selected topic background and significance, domestic and foreign research review, research methods and innovation points.The second part: the overview of the university anti-frustration education related theory under the horizon of ideological and political education. Including the definition of anti-frustration education and the ability of resisting setback; From the aspects of educators, educatees, education carrier, education environment overviewed college students anti-frustration education; From aspects of target, permeability, practical and long-term summed up the characteristics of college students anti-frustration education; From aspects of ideal faith, will quality, psychological quality and social survival ability and competition ability emphasized the necessity of college students anti-frustration education under the horizon of the ideological and political education.After the third part: from the main problems of anti-frustration education of contemporary college students and college students suffer setbacks after the negative performance, we can find the cause of the problem from social pressure, lack of school education, family neglect and lack of individual cognition and ability.The fourth part: according to the analysis of the causes to find the solution of the problems, this paper takes measures from four aspect, for example, to realize college students’ self education, to strengthen the leading role of university education, to improve the emphasis of family about college students anti-frustration education and to promote the social environmental construction, which efforts to find effective and actual application of the solution.
