Ideological and political lesson of senior high school is a necessary course for teaching high school students moral education and the common sense education of Marxism,which plays an important role in guiding logical and moral,as well as in promoting the construction of Harmonious role in helping students to establish a scientific world outlook, the outlook on life, values, form the good thought personal character, also has an important role for the construction of harmonious society.However,the phenomenon of learning burnout is widespread among high school students,especially in the so-called "less important" course of ideological and political education,which is particularly prominent.It will bring adverse effects to high school students and even the development of the whole society if we do not control this phenomenon and solve this issue in time.Therefore, how to prevent and alleviate the problem of earning burnout of high school ideological and political lesson is very urgent and necessary.At the same time, the humanistic care as an important concept in the teaching practice of ideological education has attracted highly attention,and so does the author. Under the background of education alienation and lack of humanistic care,the combination of high school ideological and political lesson and humanistic care has been greatly interest the author,and then put forward this topic for her own research.The full text is divided into the following six parts:The first part is mainly introduce the writing background, significance, research status at home and abroad and the innovation points.The second part is mainly a general overview of learning burnout and humanistic care. According to the explanation and definition on learning burnout and humanistic care Scholars at home and abroad, and coupled with main own investigation, the author summarizes the connotation of learning burnout and humanistic care.For the third part,by combining with humanistic care and the characteristics of high school thought political lesson,the author analyzes the necessity and feasibility of humanistic care to solve the problem about the learning burnout of the ideological and political education of senior high school,and then sets the stage for the next paper.For the fourth part, the author summarizes the present situation of learning burnout of high school ideological and political lesson and analyzes the cause of learning burnout and the relationship between the lack of humanistic care and learning burnout by the methods of questionnaire survey, field observation and others. Here the author qualifies the research scope in teaching process of the high school thought political lesson, and the reason mainly involves in the educational idea,teaching content, teaching method, teaching evaluation and teachers’ cultural quality, etc. The important cause of learning burnout of high school ideological and political lesson are alienation of education and the lack of humanistic care.The fifth part is the focus of this paper. For these reasons, combining with high school ideological and political lesson,the author puts forward the measure and method to solve learning burnout of high school ideological and political lesson under the horizon of humanistic care: people-oriented on education idea, psychological compatibility;meet the needs of the students grow up on the teaching content; flexible on teaching methods and put in place;put the teaching evaluation on the diversified development; on teachers’ humanities consciousness raise. These measures in order to enhance the high school ideological and political lesson discipline charm, alleviate the learning burnout of high school students,and improve the learning interest and learning motivation.The sixth part is the summary of this paper.on the basis of summarizing the article, this part points out the shortages of paper remaining,and puts forward to research prospect.
