Study On The Fertility Intention Of Married Reproductive Age Population Under The Adjustment Of Family Planning Policy

China is in the important demographic transition stage, greater need for appropriate population and family planning policy, if not timely adjustment of fertility policy, encourage growth, change the concept of fertility, improve fertility level, China in the near future will become one of the countries with the most serious aging in the world, causing severe financial burden and economic pressure,effect the social innovation atmosphere, weaken the vitality of social entrepreneurship.Based on the status of China population, the urgent need to solve the problem of population structure, the adjustment of fertility policy has become the focus of the community. The Communist Party of China in the fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee passed the full liberalization of the two child policy, how much influence of Fertility policy reform again, how population status and development trend of the future population, one of the most important predictor is the fertility desire, In the early stage of birth policy adjustment, it is important to study fertility desire of the married population, also hope to provide help on the population policy adjustment and the establishment of relevant policy support system for the government. Married people is the main body of the fertility, their fertility desire most close to fertility behavior, the research on the fertility desire among married population of reproductive age has an important role in grasping the trend of population growth trend in the future.Taking Hefei city as an example, selection of married reproduction age population as the target group for fertility intention investigation, analysis of the fertility concept, fertility desire, status of family planning, pay special attention to the fertility desire and plan, which is a key link the fertility concept to fertility behavior.This paper also attempts to research from two aspects,for one thing Childbearing concept is the potential factors of fertility desire and behavior,analysis and simple quantitative of fertility concept of married reproductive age population,respectively by the purpose of fertility, fertility cost, gender differences and environmental factors, the results show that people traditional concepts have changed during the new period, purpose is no longer the pursuit of material effects of children, but pay more attention to the spirit of the utility, sex preference is gradually weakened,the individual fertility willingness not easily influenced by the surrounding environment; for another is to understand the gender, age, education, income and family type on fertility intentions and the influence of family planning. overall second child birth intention is not high, lower age groups and higher income groups of two - child family will relatively strong and clear family planning or birth time arrangement are easier to implement reproductive behavior. Main factors that influence the second child birth intention are the cost of fertility, child care problems and medical service, education and environment concerns of breed the second children, calling for the government in the implementation of comprehensive two-child policy to do a good job in the medical, education, social security and other aspects of convergence, fully meet the arrival of the"two children agt.
