In addition, under the social background of metropolis and low-birth rate, autonomous learning ability is thought urgently and necessarily. As such a kind of subject, math is good for cultivating autonomous learning competence. With deep development of new curriculum reform, teachers accept classroom mode of autonomous learning orientation. However, teachers are afraid of its detailed design, complement and management. Under this background, autonomous learning orientation of classroom management is particularly necessary.Class chronicles were adopted In this study and the Y School in Beijing was chose as the research field. The author has observed mathematics classroom deeply and described in detail for one semester in the internship Y Primary School. Based on the construction doctrine, humanism and pragmatism in the autonomous learning theory interpretation of real cases, the author tries to restore circumstances of primary school mathematics classroom management.In this study, the author found that students start to form abilities of conservation, reversible thinking, and these abilities are exactly provides developmental psychology evidence for better self exploration of knowledge. In a large number of subjects, mathematics subject is according to its "Tangible check, a few can push" characteristics, which is more conducive to the study of independent learning oriented classroom. When facing reform of classroom, at the same time, teachers assume the task of reforming classroom management strategies. On the one hand, most of teachers in Y School keep optimistic about the autonomous learning oriented classroom. On the other hand, they are fear about its specific implementation. There are some problems when we carrying out autonomous learning activities and relates to autonomous learning of mathematics curriculum. Therefore, the study aims to provide idea and evidence for solving the contradiction between the students’autonomous learning and teachers’ classroom management.On the basis of education theory, the author summed up more effective classroom management strategies for students’ autonomous learning through classroom chronicles research method and real situation, and with the aid of humanistic perspective of true and delicate classroom story mining. Moreover, the author proposed corresponding reform suggestions from four dimensions of management strategy of teachers and students’ emotion, management strategy of classroom discipline, classroom management strategies of media, situation creation strategy, and hoped to provide reference for primary school classroom organization management of autonomous learning orientation. |
