| Basic Education Curriculum Reform has been for many years.,Under the reasearch of many theoretical and practical,classroom form has changed.The classroom has changed from the original teaching activities mainly based on teachers’ "teaching" to the "learning" activities carried out independently or cooperatively by students.Students’ learning activities occupy a dominant position and run through the whole process.As "cooperative learning" is widely used in classrooms,traditional classroom management methods cannot meet the requirements of "cooperative learning" classrooms,resulting in new classroom management problems.Therefore,it is of great significance to study classroom management from the perspective of cooperative learning.This paper takes a school district of Xingtai city as the research object,and mainly adopts such research methods as literature method,observation,interview and questionnaire to carry out systematic research on the subject.First of all,from five aspects of classroom evaluation management---the classroom environment management,classroom interpersonal relationship management,classroom time management,classroom discipline management,the problems existing in the classroom of cooperative learning are collected and understood;Secondly,the contributing factors of the cooperative learning of high-grade mathematics classes in primary schools are analyzed from three aspects allowing for the school factors,the teacher factors and the student factors;Finally,it puts forward effective classroom management strategies for the cooperative learning of high-grade mathematics in primary schools for cooperative learning.The analysis and investigation results show the following problems: insufficient creation of classroom cooperation environment,disharmonious classroom interpersonal relationship,insufficient use of classroom time,poor classroom discipline and imperfect classroom evaluation system.In view of these problems,some strategies are put forward,such as creating a classroom environment conducive to cooperative learning,establishing positive and harmonious classroom interpersonal relationships,managing classroom time reasonably,strengthening classroom discipline management,perfecting classroom evaluation system,etc. |
