Through the contact of the tennis racket string and the ball, the ball’s movement changed in the tennis sport. The tennis racket string as a vehicle for direct contact with the ball, The racket string tension to the effect of the shot and forearm’s impact load will produce important influence, But the results of the study is not consistent at home and abroad at present.15 male secondary athletes from Beijing sports university through the forehand use low, medium and high three kinds of string tensions to hit the ball by using Trigno wireless EMG acquisition system, YSV dynamic signal acquisition system, YSV strain gauge acquisition system, portable radar speed gun, acquiring the kinematics, dynamics and surface electromyography, and at the same time according to the level of ITN international tennis test method for shot accuracy and depth is evaluated, to research the racket racket string tension effect on the forehand and the forearm impact load, so as to tennis participants to choose a tennis racket string tension and provides the theoretical and empirical basis for preventing muscle joint damage. Through the analysis of data collected, Get the following conclusions:From the forehand stroke, The 54 pounds racket string is the best, also,54 pounds tension produced the lowest load for the forearm muscles active load.
