Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,the rapid development of college tennis in China,more and more colleges and universities began to carry out tennis courses.Due to the difficulty of tennis learning,the traditional tennis training method in the college tennis general course is also facing improvement and innovation.For those who have no foundation,their own physical quality is an important factor affecting the effect of forehand and backhand hitting,and the strength quality is the primary quality of the physical quality of tennis without foundation.At present,in the tennis project,resistance training method of the experimental intervention study is relatively less,gadgets like elastic belt,solid ball training in tennis training,although has certain application,but in the training of gadgets variety,less training method is single,as the lengthen of training time,the enthusiasm of athletes training will drop to a certain extent,affect the effect of training.Scholars at home and abroad in the process of relevant research,the selected experimental objects are mostly college tennis students and young athletes with tennis foundation,no basic tennis learners are less.With the rapid popularization of college tennis courses,there are more and more tennis learners without basic knowledge.How to make them quickly master the forehand and backhand hitting techniques should be the focus of current research.This paper tries to improve the effect of forehand and backhand strokes for those who have no basic tennis through the resistance training method of small equipment,and provides new ideas,theoretical support and practical experience for the application and promotion of resistance training of small equipment in college tennis courses.This paper adopts the method of literature,expert interview,Delphi method and experimental method to carry out small equipment resistance training for people who have no basic tennis,and explore whether this training method can affect the baseline forehand and backhand hitting effect of people who have no basic tennis.In this experiment,20 students(male)from the 2019 general tennis Class of Shandong University of Physical Education were randomly selected as the experimental subjects,and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.Both groups were trained for 12 weeks,twice a week,for 90 minutes each time.In the training process,the experimental group added small device resistance training on the basis of traditional training,and the control group carried out traditional training.After12 weeks of training,the experimental group and the control group were tested on the physical quality and the effect of baseline forehand and backhand hitting.The measured data were statistically processed and analyzed,and the following results were obtained:1.Before and after the experiment,there was a significant difference in the indexes of physical fitness(pushing solid ball,standing long jump and moving ability)between the experimental group(P < 0.01).2.In the control group,there was a significant difference(P < 0.01)between the indexes of physical fitness(pushing solid ball,standing long jump and moving ability)before and after the experiment.3.Before and after the experiment,the indexes of physical fitness(pushing solid ball,standing long jump and moving ability)of the experimental group and the control group were significantly different(P < 0.05).4.After the experiment,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the score of forehand and backhand technical action and the score of stability of the baseline stroke(P > 0.05).In the batting depth of the results,P < 0.01,with a very significant difference;In the accuracy of hitting,the accuracy of forehand and backhand hitting P < 0.05,there is a significant difference,in the accuracy of forehand and backhand hitting the total test results P < 0.01,there is a very significant difference;In the stroke depth test,the forehand strength stability score P < 0.05,with a significant difference,backhand and total strength stability score P < 0.01,with a very significant difference;In the test of hitting accuracy,the results of force stability P < 0.01,which has a very significant difference.Conclusions: 1.After 12 weeks of training,compared to the experimental group and control group,group between before and after physical data,traditional training and gadgets resistance training can be very effective to improve tennis no basis of physical quality,but compared with the traditional training,small equipment resistance training to improve the physical quality of have no basis for more effective.2.After 12 weeks of training,from the experimental group and the control group test data,the two groups of experimental subjects have a certain degree of improvement.This proves that both the traditional training and the resistance training of small equipment can improve the effect of the forehand and backhand hitting to a certain extent.3.After 12 weeks of training,the post-test data of the two groups were compared,and the test results of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group except the technical action results of the forehand and backhand of the baseline stroke and the stability results of the baseline stroke.This proves that,compared with traditional training,resistance training with small equipment is better for improving the baseline forehand and backhand strokes of non-tennis players.
