Research On The Status Of Safety Management And Service Of Public Sports Facilities In China

This study mainly analyzes the status of public sports facilities safety and service in our country from two aspects of the safety(individual sports safety, public stadiums safety, community sports facilities safety) and service(facilities planning, service performance) of public sports facilities. By questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation method, expert discussion of our public sports facilities safety and service status were investigated; Based on the survey results, analysis domestic and foreign public sports facilities standards differences, and construct the standards system of management and service of public sports facilities.The main findings are as follows:1. Public perception of public sports facilities is relatively lagging behind in China.2. The utilization of public sports facilities in urban and rural residents is generally low.3. At present, safety and service satisfaction of public sports facilities was low.4. Individual sports skills and safety consciousness seriously affect the safety of public sports facilities; fire risk and construction risk of public gymnasiums and stadiums is grim, the user risks threaten personal safety grounds; community sports facilities lack the necessary safety management and risk management system.5. The service quality of public sports facilities is worrying.6. The standard system of public sports facilities are inadequate, so it is necessary to establish a scientific and reasonable standard system.
