A Study On The Unbalanced Management Model Of The Public Facilities In Yichang City

With the rapid development of modern society and economy,the quality of life of citizens have been greatly improved,and the information available for enjoyment and development has increased.People pay more attention to the enjoyment and pursuit of spirituality and life of high quality and high standards.The transformation of social forms and people's needs has deepened people's awareness of sports.The public's demands for public sports facilities are on the rise.However,political,economic,cultural and other factors affecting different regions and various sizes of work have led to imbalances in a series of fields related to the development of mass sports(such as mass sports cultural services,public sports facilities,etc.).The imbalance in the allocation and management of public sports facilities resources is one of the direct manifestations of the imbalance in the development of mass sports.The development of mass sports depends on a complete public sports infrastructure.Therefore,the study of this imbalance is of great significance in promoting the development of sports for all.This study takes the current imbalance in the development of mass sports in China as the background,and selects five regions in Yichang City,Hubei Province as the research subjects.It uses literature,field visits,survey interviews,and logical analysis methods to study cases in the five administrative districts of Yiling,Xiling and Wujiagang,Dianjun and Huting in Yichang City.Some of the five administrative divisions have been investigated and researched to obtain real and effective data.This study seeks to find a development model suitable for the management of public sports facilities in Yichang City,focusing on empirical and countermeasures.The purpose is to provide reference and suggestions for the decision-making of the government or public sports service department,so as to adapt the development of public sports facilities in Yichang City to current social development.The trend can play the value and function of the resources themselves and truly promote the progress and development of mass sports in Yichang City.Through relevant argumentation and analysis,the specific structural ideas and conclusions of this study are as follows:1.There is a serious imbalance in the distribution of public sports facilities in various districts of Yichang City.It is mainly manifested in the imbalance of large-scale sports venues in various urban areas and the imbalances in the distribution of public sports facilities in the various communities,parks,and schools.Implementing a non-equilibrium management model has important theoretical and practical significance for sports development in Yichang City.2.The unbalanced distribution of public sports facilities in five major urban areas of Yichang City is caused by a number of factors.After careful analysis and analysis,the reasons are summarized as unbalanced economic development,policy support,capital investment,population distribution,and balanced management.The problems brought about by the major contradictions are: the unbalanced economic development level in the five major urban areas of Yichang City,the unbalanced support for sports policy support in Yichang City,the unbalanced investment in sports in Yichang City,the imbalance in the number of sports population in five major urban areas in Yichang City,and the ancient and imprisoned public sports in Yichang City Facility management model.3.The resources of public sports facilities in Yichang City can generally meet the needs of mass sports,but they are unevenly distributed in the specific distribution.The development of public sports facilities in Xiling District is at the forefront with a great number and types of facilities and a vast area;Yiling District has a vast land area with a scattered and inconsistent population.The distribution of public sports facilities is relatively uneven.Wujiagang District,Yuting District and Dianjun District are unable to achieve the coordinated development of public sports facilities and people's sports needs in the downtown areas because of their geographical location,with a relatively backward development and lack of resources.4.Under the premise of the great development of national fitness,learn from the successful experiences at home and abroad should be learned;the unbalanced development theory,supply and demand theory,public product theory,endosymbiotic theory and the like need to be applied;the actual situation of public sports facilities management in Yichang City should be also taken into account.According to the principle of adapting to local conditions and tailoring clothing,three management modes are designed: namely,the development of autonomous management models,internal and external symbiotic management models,and supportive management models.5.Finally,in order to more effectively promote the disequilibrium of public sports facilities management,aiming at yichang public sports facilities development present situation,put forward four Suggestions: government and social groups should be clear your role,not personal;Strengthening the training of professional management personnel;Change the traditionalideology and promote the reform of management mechanism;Build system perfect laws and
