Upgrade Paths Of Public Sports Facilities In Jiangsu Province

The research on the upgrading path of public sports facilities is to solve the current imbalance in the allocation of public sports facilities,insufficient fitness and the increasing fitness of the public in the context of promoting the equalization of basic public services and the construction of a demonstration area of public sports service systems in Jiangsu Province.The contradiction between demands is proposed to further enrich the number of public sports facilities,improve the functions of public sports facilities,and improve the public sports service system.The proposed upgrade path of public sports facilities in Jiangsu Province can promote the improvement of the system of public sports facilities in the province and lay the foundation for the high-quality development of public sports services in Jiangsu Province.The study draws on the theory of location of public service facilities and the theory of customer satisfaction,and uses research methods such as literature data method,field survey method,questionnaire survey method,and mathematical statistics method.Comb the current configuration standards of public sports facilities,collect and sort out relevant data of public sports facilities in Jiangsu Province,conduct field investigations in three cities of Nanjing,Xuzhou,and Yangzhou to conduct case investigations,and analyze the differences between the configuration and standards of public sports facilities in Jiangsu Province.By means of the survey on the satisfaction of residents'public sports facilities,from the perspective of demand,it explores the improvement space of public sports facilities configuration,and puts forward the path of upgrading and upgrading public sports facilities in Jiangsu Province based on the gap between the configuration and the standard.The research conclusions:(1)The allocation of public sports facilities in Jiangsu is in a leading position in the country,and the allocation of public sports facilities exceeds national standards.However,from the perspective of the provincial level,the public sports facilities at the district level and below have not yet reached the public sports facilities in Jiangsu Province.(2)Residents of Jiangsu Province are basically satisfied with the allocation of public sports facilities in the province,but their satisfaction with the quality of public sports facilities and the quality of facilities and services is significantly lower.Gender,age,and area of residence have a certain impact on residents' satisfaction with public sports facilities.The main manifestations are that men's satisfaction with public sports facilities is lower than that of women,and people over 50 years of age have less satisfaction with public sports facilities than those under 50 Low,residents in the old city residential areas are less satisfied with public sports facilities than residents in other areas.(3)At present,the standards for the allocation of public sports facilities are mainly divided into national standards and local standards according to geographical scope.National standards can also be divided into urban planning standards and sports facility standards.In the practice of public sports facility deployment,attention should be paid to the difficulty in coordinating the specifications and indicators of public sports facilities issued by different departments,the statistical caliber of different departments,and the inadequate response to new trends in the development of public sports facilities.There are problems such as hysteresis.(4)The road to upgrade and upgrade public sports facilities in Jiangsu Province needs to start from four aspects:allocation standards,resource inputs,supply systems,and supporting services.On the basis of fully meeting the existing allocation standards,we should start to develop higher-level standards;increase the total investment in public sports facilities resources from the horizontal and vertical perspectives,increase the number and area of public sports facilities horizontally,and promote public sports vertically.The function and capacity of the facility;enrich the public sports facility supply system and management mechanism,diversify the supply subject and supply mode,establish an electronic management information database;improve the supporting services of public sports facilities,and increase the satisfaction of the public sports facilities.
