Analysis And Design Of University Information Service Platform Based On WeChat And Web Crawler

Due to the explosive growth of big data, people from the mass of information to find resources they need become stretched. In terms of college students, the campus portal, network center, office of academic affairs and employment guidance center release a various of fragmentation and decentralization information every day, but each website’s manager is individual, sharing mechanism is lack. Students who want to get different aspects of information will have to go to a different website, it is time-consuming and hard sledding. Therefore, it is necessary to combine the We Chat and web crawler to build a college information service platform to be one-stop digital mobile campus construction, which can filter, grab and integrate the students’ service information from a series of valuable websites automatically.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, we take the students of Chongqing Normal University as the object, and build the campus information service platform- "zhangshangchongshi". Through the questionnaires survey 1 to know the needs of students, combining with characteristics of WeChat public platform, sorting, summarizing and a further refinement to various needs. According to contemporary college students’ implicit demand expand the personalization foundation. Now the platform has realized four functional modules of campus brand construction, study helper, life service and campus entertainment.Secondly, due to the strong immediate demand of students on campus news, employment information, seminars, the examination of qualification and score query. Therefore, the integration of We Chat public platform and the web crawler will be gathering, filtering and image storage related resources about information service in Chongqing Normal University that scattered in everywhere automatically. At last taking WeChat public platform to push latest information, creating a one-stop platform that can integrate a plurality of digital campus resources.Thirdly, through the questionnaire survey 2 and WeChat public platform background data we can know that the students’ application results of the information service platform.In order to monitor of the market and improve the user experience effectively, we should make corresponding adjustments on the basis of the feedback information of the function module. Data shows that the information service platform has been widely applied by teachers and students, it can not only demonstrate the features of Chongqing Normal University externally, but also serve the whole school teachers and students internally.
