In one hundred, the education for this; Education, the teacher for this. With the deepening of the understanding of preschool education, people become more and more aware of the important significance of the early childhood teachers with high professional ability in the healthy growth of children. Rural transfer of preschool teachers is a special part of the kindergarten teachers, and their presence greatly contributes to alleviate rural preschool education teachers’ tense. Based on that, this study investigated the preschool teachers’ professional ability of Chongqing rural transfer, in order to explore the strategy to enhance the professional ability of preschool teachers of transfer,sequentially, promote the ascension of preschool teachers’ professional abilities.This study, making those rural transfer of preschool teachers from the Bishan District, Fuling District, Jiangjin District, Qijiang district and other county of Chongqing as the objects of investigation, using the questionnaire survey method, observation method,interview method, and literature method, and on the basis of the "seven" capacities of kindergarten teachers’ professional standards, namely the capacity of environment creation and utilization, the capacity of organization and conservation in one-day life, the capacity of support and guidance to game activities, the capacity of education planning and implementation, the capacity of motivation and evaluation, the capacity of communication and cooperation, and the capacity of reflection and development, inspected the preschool teachers’ professional abilities of rural transfers in Chongqing City, found the existing problems on the preschool teachers’ professional abilities of rural transfers in Chongqing City, explored the influencing factors, and finally put forward strategies to promote the abilities of the preschool teachers’ professional abilities of rural transfers in Chongqing City.Through the investigation and study, Chongqing rural transfer of kindergarten teachers have scarce capacities,e.g. the capacity of environment creation and utilization, the capacity of support and guidance to game activities, the capacity of communication and cooperation, and the capacity of reflection and development, among those the capacity of reflection and development is the worst scarce. Accordingly, from the government level, kindergarten level, the rural transfer of preschool teachers’ level and other aspects of analysis of influence factors of Chongqing rural transfer of preschool teachers’ professional ability, and finally put forward the corresponding strategies, namely: government and other relevant departments should promote the implementation of the responsibility and obligation of rural transfer of kindergarten teachers’ special ability promotion; kindergarten should create all conditions to promote the rural transfer of preschool teachers professional competency; the rural transfer of kindergarten teachers’ personal should exert subjectivity, improve their own professional abilities.
