The environment is silent teacher, it is a kind of recessive curriculum, which not only has the influence on the physical and mental development of children, but also has a great promotion to the development of their personality and thinking. Modern child psychology research points out, a child’s growth is not isolated, but by constantly and the surrounding environment interaction and physical and mental developments. the actual teaching activities, kindergarten teachers environment creation ability throughout in kindergarten teaching work, early childhood education division environment creation ability and kindergarten education level of environmental quality are inseparable.This study based on the kindergarten teachers’ professional standards "document, through selection, Maoming City, Guangdong Province,20 public kindergarten preschool teachers as the research object, the main use of the literature method, investigation method of questionnaire, interviews, and field measurement, to explore the deep-seated when the preschool teachers" environment creation ability of the status quo, analysis of constraints preschool teacher environment creation ability of reason, combined with local actual situation of preschool teachers environment creation ability is proposed to improve the corresponding countermeasures, so that in the future to improve the environment quality of preschool education and preschool teachers professional competence to provide guidance.The kindergarten environment creation points to create a physical environment and spiritual environment, the creation of two aspects, of which physical environment creation including preschool teachers use indoor space capacity, activities, materials delivery ability, decorate the walls of the ability and the ability to take advantage of the outdoor space, in the spirit of the environment creation include teachers and children between wide interaction ability, teachers and children are effective interaction ability, preschool teachers to create a psychological atmosphere of ability, preschool teachers to pay attention to children’s social emotional ability and ability to create children opportunities for interaction. The study draw the following conclusions:1. At present, Maoming City preschool teachers in the environment creation aspect is basically meet the needs of kindergarten; 2, Kindergarten teachers in the matter environment creation ability is higher than that in the spiritual environment creation; 3, Environment of kindergarten teachers create capacity factors can be attributed to factors for teachers’ own factors, factors of children, kindergarten management, parents and social factors and so on several aspects. This study is divided into the following sections:The first chapter is the introduction, mainly expounds the ideas and methods of this topic, the significance of the topic, literature review, concept definition and research.The second chapter is the analysis of the status quo of the preschool teachers environment -- take Guangdong province Maoming city as an example. This chapterthrough the 211 kindergarten teachers in 20 public kindergartens are questionnaire andselected 60 preschool teachers as the specific object of observation, field observation andmeasurement were carried out from the material environment and spirit of creation ability to create the environment ability two aspects, explore the problems and confusion for preschool teachers face in the creation of the environment. Analysis of the influence factors.The third chapter analyzes the creation ability of preschool teachers’ ability of creating environment, reference to the third chapter of preschool teachers were summarized from theenvironment, teachers and children, nursery management, parents and society.The fourth chapter proposed in order to improve the teachers ability of environment. By combining the local actual situation, for the future to improve the teachers’ professional ability to provide guidance and some suggestions:1, starting from teachers, establish the correct concept of environmental education, enhance the consciousness of environment; actively participate in professional training, efforts to improve the environment of theoretical knowledge; to actively participate in the timely reflection, practice more and learn more.2, Starting from kindergarten administrators, pay attention to the preschool teachers environment creation ability; To create a good environment and platform for the guidelines; Appropriate incentive system, increase investment in funds about the creation of the environment.3,.Starting from family, parents’ involvement in the layout of the environment, promote their cooperation; rational use of community resources, optimize the environment of creation ability.4,.Departure from the Government by increasing the investment and policy support for preschool education.
