Research On Patriotism Education Of College Students

Patriotism is the traditional virtue of the Chinese Nation, and it is one of the most basic value standard for people’s coherent common view. Patriotism is also an important spiritual weapon to defend national security. Patriotism is the core spirit of Chinese nation, it is also the spiritual power of social development of Chinese nation. Whenever in the extraordinary years of war time and in the crucial times of national construction and reform time, patriotism could gather strength and hold people together, and it is also the wind vane to lead people toward a bright future, constantly stimulate the Chinese people struggle for a better future of the motherland. At the present stage, patriotism is the inexhaustible spiritual source for the great revival of the Chinese nation and the Chinese dream, College students are the main force to achieve the Chinese dream, patriotism is the spiritual pillar to encourage college students to dare to fly the dreams of youth and participate in the construction of dream project actively. Now, the mainstream of patriotism of college students is positive, most of students are very love their motherland, but there are still some students lack of patriotic enthusiastic emotion, moreover, patriotism education of college students still have some deficiencies. This article focus on the patriotism of college students and the topic is discussed systematically and comprehensively, the article is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction which mainly discusses the background and significance of the thesis, literature review at home and abroad, research methodology and its innovation.The second part is the theoretical foundation of patriotism, it mainly discusses the scientific connotation of patriotism and expounds the meaning of patriotism education and college students’ patriotism education. It expounds the related theoretical foundation to make the article more convincingly and scientifically, and it also discusses the significance of patriotism of college students.The third part is focus on the current situation of patriotism education of college students, it is not only evaluates the achievements of the patriotism education of college students objectively but also points out the deficiencies, and then analyzes the causes,The fourth part is the center of the thesis. It put forwards the useful solutions to deal with the problems that appeared in college students’ patriotism education based on the analysis of the above content.The purpose of this article is to solve the problems and improve the effectiveness of patriotism education by effective solutions. The aim is to contrive students to become the aspiring youth who combine knowledge with practice, ability with political integrity. It is also to encourage students to turn the patriotic passion into action for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
