Optimization Study Of Financial Management Of N College

In recent years, the steady improvement of the comprehensive national strength and the constantly increasing investment in high education have substantially promoted the development of universities,while adding new disciplines in colleges, creating new educational ideas, needs new and modern financial management system with adapt. In this case, how to improve and perfect the financial management system of institutions of higher learning to make the school more international, and modernization is the main problem we have to study.Combining research universities’ financial management theory at home and abroad, through the N College case study summarizes the existing problems, combined with modern financial management theory and method of various disciplines, which is rubbed into the financial management in the past, the causes were analyzed, and the measures to solve the problem through a bold attempt to seek a new breakthrough to improve the current situation of financial stagnation.This article altogether is divided into six chapters.The 1^st chapter is the introductory remarks; describes the basic situation of university financial management, to explore ways and ideas how to integrate and improve the financial management system.The 2^nd chapter understands the significance of the financial management of long-term development of high education, and form and resources plan from the perspective of the theory of Principal-agent Theory, Present Value Analysis Theory, Contingency Theory, Business Process Reengineering.The 3^rd chapter is the present situation of financial management in N-college. Basing on the investigation, the paper analyses the factors of financial problem and probes the origin, in order to facilitate problem solving.The 4^th chapter is offering the counter-measure of bettering financial management in colleges. Improve the quality of information and other aspects have taken a more optimal and careful implementation.The 5^th chapter is on the basis of scientific analysis, boldly proposed the concept of innovative financial management, information data base accounting methods and theories of innovation related financial management.The 6^th chapter is conclusion. College financial management is a comprehensive community-based project. In order to achieve a university and its mission to protect the country’s stable development, we must be scientific as a whole. Furthermore, the completion of this article, there are many deficiencies in the process, I will work harder in the future.
