Research On Optimization Of Financial Management Informatization Construction In Y University

Nowadays the information technology is increasing.The government is paying more and more attention to information construction in education,and the development of information construction in education has gradually become the centre stage.With the popularization of information construction in education,financial informatization,an important part of it,has been apart of increasing concern.The way to build a financial informatization system which is suitable for their own development,and improve the financial management is worthy of our attention.This paper is based on financial informatization of Y University,and the main research method through experience induction,on-the-spot investigation and case studies.The paper analyzes problems and puts forward suggestions for improvement in the aspects of budget preparation and approval,data collection,financial information sharing,etc.Through the analysis of the research,the conclusion of optimizing Y university's financial management information system is summarized.First,we need to establish a cloud budget preparation platform to improve the budget management system.Second,we should build a financial information management performance appraisal system.Third,we need to unify the data entry standard.Fourth,we need to build a financial information sharing platform to break the problem.Fifth,we must pay attention to education in employee.Based on the research on optimizing the informatization construction of financial management in Y university,this paper is expected to provide experience and reference for the informatization construction of financial management in institutions of higher learning...
